Short convenient stay.

Pros: It 6mins walk from the nearest metro. The property has elevator. The owner is kind and very helpful in sharing information about other facilities. I was asking if there’s nearby local transportation company that can help me post my luggage from the apartment to my next hotel. I actually booked a different property under same management but unfortunately I booked a wrong date, owner is very kind to offer an alternative for us to take i.e this property. As a muslim traveller, the apartment also have halal restaurant nearby! Konbini also just around the corner. The property fits perfectly for 4 adults. Other facilities are well provided kitchen needs, laundry and space are acceptable for 4adults in a room.

Cons: Not that we don’t like, but considering the property is kind of old, the water from the shower turns cold intermittently on cold days 🥶

Overall a good value stay in a great location in Shinjuku.

Pros: The location of the property is fantastic, a short walk to Shinjuku station and Golden Gai. The property was clean and communication with the host was great.

Cons: It offers very basic facilities. I would recommend just 1 or 2 nights here but not an extended stay of 3 or more nights due to the lack of proper facilities.

Pros: La struttura ha una posizione veramente ottima per visitare la città. La camera è accogliente ed è dotata di condizionatore (cosa da non sottovalutare con il caldo che c’è in Giappone).

Cons: Ci sarebbe piaciuto avere uno stendino interno per stendere i capi e qualche asciugamano in più.

來東京會再住的一間民宿

Pros: 民宿所在地非常接近都營大都會線東新宿A1出口，沿明治通衹需三、四分鐘便可抵達。附近有小型超市Aeon及中型超市Maruetsu，都是兩分鐘及四分鐘路程，還有很多便利店。又可就近找到各種食肆。所住房間很寬敞，洗衣機又附有洗衣液，洗衣後可掛在露台。

Cons: 浴室實在太細小了，洗澡一定撞到牆！

便利でお値打ちに泊まれる宿泊施設です

Pros: ロケーションがよかったです。 案内も的確で室内も清掃が行き届いており快適でした。 出張で東京に行く際にはまた利用したいと思います。

Pros: Hosts very responsive via text on Booking.com. Great location. Convenience stores nearby. Restaurants nearby, including a traditional Japanese cafeteria shop 5 minutes north on the street in front of building. 5 minute Walk to Nishi Shinjuku station. 10 minute walk to Shinjuku shopping area. Maruetsu supermarket 10 minutes walk and open 24 hours. Close to Kabuchiko for nightlife but on the fringe so quiet. Some street noise but not bad. I will stay here again.
