A great place to stay in Tokyo!

Pros: This was a a perfect place for our 3 night stay in Tokyo, location was great and the apartment was clean and comfortable, exactly what we needed! The host was really helpful with check in.

Pros: Le logement était confortable, nous avions tous les équipements de base pour apprécier ces quelques jours ici. Propre. Le chauffage fonctionnait très bien durant les journées et nuits froide. Logement petit mais conforme aux photos et de taille équivalente à toute les chambres proposées à Tokyo. La station de métro la plus proche est à 5 min à pieds. Un 7/11 et Family Mart en bas de l’établissement. A 10 min à pieds du centre de Shinjuku et ses rues illuminées. A moins de 15 min de la gare principale de Shinjuku.

A confortable stay

Pros: Very comfortable, the apparemment is really nice and next to Shinjuku JR station so it's easy to go everywhere faster. The bed is very comfortable, I didn't have problem for falling asleep.

Cons: The isolation is really bad. One night, I heard neighborhood doing a karaoké at 3 am ( until 5 am ) so not really nice. But every Japanese accommodation have this kind of problem. It didn't disturb me that much.

Excelente localização!

Pros: O pequeno apartamento é maravilhoso e muito bem localizado. Porém faltou um pouco de comunicação do dono do local que inclusive não deixou a chave do Wi-Fi no local. excelente custo benefício

Cons: Faltou comunicação e auxilio no uso da máquina de lavar automática do edifício. O serviço do Google pra achar a propriedade foi ruim, mesmo usando o UBER ainda tivemos dificuldade pra achar o local.

Pros: Kleines gemütliches Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung und Balkon in sehr sehr guter Lage. Es gab sogar Schirme, welche wir leider nutzen mussten.

Cons: Das Bad war wirklich sehr klein.
