Pros: Excellent location, so close to the train station - very easy walk. Check in and check out was seamless. Comfortable bed, block out blinds so not a peep of light got in, very clean. Bathroom had both a shower and a bath, as well as good quality toiletries. Compact room but was still able to open out my suitcase. Nothing to fault and would stay again.

Convenient as Close to Station and clean with friendly staff.

Pros: So close to Tokyo station and 24 hour check in which worked as I arrived at 1.30am. The staff were helpful and friendly and the room was very clean and had all we needed. To look at the bed we thought the bed would not be comfortable due to the thinnish mattress, but it was surprisingly good.

Cons: The floor space was tiny, which did make it a big tricky wth our 2 bags and a ski bag, but as it was only one night we made it work. The bed was a small double bed, which again we made work by me sleeping with my head up the other end of bed - top and tail, as if my husband and I had our heads at the same end we would have been breathing on each other. But I get that we were in the middle of Tokyo and near the station so for what we wanted to pay you get minimal space.

Pros: Location is great, nice staff, clean room all you need for a short stay.

Cons: I would have love to check in earlier to refresh as i was arriving with an early flight from South America. That was not possible unless paying a fee per hour.

Fantastic proximity to station

Pros: Proximity to the station. Only stayed overnight to catch Shinkansen next day. Great location, lovely clean room!

Cons: Room a bit small for two people and two bags but perfect for one night.

Very lovely stay! Perfect location!

Pros: Location, location! Exceptionally easy to find with perfect access to Tokyo Central and walking distance to Ginza. Great, little local restaurants nearby and of course, a plethora of 7elevens within minutes of the front door!
