Great would stay again

Pros: Rooms were perfect bed very comfortable and shower was amazing plus perfect location and free coffee downstairs

Cons: Only a very small thing, couldn’t get coffee sashays for the room only tea but not a big issue it was great

A quick stay in Tokyo

Pros: We were on a 36 hour stopover and wanted to see Ueno. This is an excellent budget hotel for a short stay. Very close to the station and Yamanote line to connect with airport monorail. Very easy walk to both Asakusa and Ueno Park. A Lawson is on the diagonal corner to the hotel

Cons: The open style floors made it a little cold

Pros: The hotel have laundry machine in the 2nd floor, which make things convenient. Also, it is close to one of the main station and the National museum is very close.

Nice stay in Tokyo

Pros: We enjoyed our stay in Ueno Hotel and would not mind to come back. Photos of the hotel and rooms are accurate. Rooms are not the spacious ones, but actually bigger than average hotel rooms in Tokyo. Hotel and room were clean, cleaning available every day, comfortable beds, staff is friendly and helpful. 10 minutes walk to Ueno station, which was very convenient. A lot of restaurant options around. Washing machine is available in the hotel. Free coffee in the lobby.

Cons: There is no kettle in the room, it would be nice to have one, but as there was a coffee machine and hot water available in the lobby, we didn´t mind that much in the end. Also, there is not enough of space where to hang or stow your clothes.

Pros: It was close to the station and easy to find.We liked it in general.Personnel was kind.There is elevator.

Cons: There is no window.You don't want to stay inside,it's suffocoting most of the times even we came really late at night and left soon after we woke up.I don't like rooms like this.No toothpaste in bathroom.
