Best Shinjuku Modern Full-furnished Apartment2 ONLY 2min to Shinjuku by Train

Pros: Location - Very well situated for quick access to Shinjuku a night life hub of Tokyo (8 min walk and 1 station to Shinjuku). Also some great restaurants in the area with a coin washer and convenience store very close. Appatment - Very clean, comfy beds and a good price. Admin - Helpful and responsive.

Cons: This is kind of on me for not checking the square metreage of the apparent before booking, but when you have the sofa beds extended for 3 people like I did plus suitcases you basically have no room to move around. So wouldn't recommend for groups of more than 3 if you value a bit of living space, we mainly just used it to sleep which worked fine as we were out most of the day and evening

Enjoyable and stress free.

Pros: The host was great. Check in was so smooth. He kept in touch all throughout so we were pretty confident we would be able to check in without any issue. He suggested good places to eat around the place which we thought was a really nice touch.

Cons: It was bit outdated. But we expected that so no issue there. Good value for money.

Great option for small family

Pros: Everything was ready and the host was incredibly nice, always ready to answer any questions we might head. Location was great and well connected, it also had combinis and restaurants nearby

Cons: It’s a bit small but you can manage, the curtains also need help to be closed

Excellent place- def recommend

Pros: Yes it was small but perfectly functional and four adults fitted ok for five days. The shower was nice, there was a fridge and hob but a bit too small to cook really! Everything had been thought of and stored in a space saving way. The area felt so safe with great amenities.

Cons: The top shower was broken but it didn’t affect anything really.

Pros: Absolutely everything from communication before we arrived and throughout our Japan adventure was amazing and Jake (The incredible host) helped us in so many ways to not only navigate life and transport around us but set us up to enjoy Japan. I highly recommend everything about our stay and we had the best sleep after adventuring.!!! We all slept well in this amazing place and space (Mum and Dad and an 8;year old and 13 year old). I honestly have nothing bad to say and he offered so many recommendations for places to eat because we asked not because he tried to force anything on us.

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay here😄 The apartment was the perfect fit for our family of 3 adults. It was immaculate, comfortable and provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The host Jacob is a legend!!! He goes out of his way to make sure you enjoy your stay, is easy to contact and has a wealth of knowledge that he is willing to share so you get the best out of your trip. A true example of Japanese hospitality. The location of the apartment and surrounding neighbourhood is outstanding A+++ Delicious food (Ramen to die for), yummy croissants (steppin' bakery) and the best kept secret...Mem Hatagaya Coffee bar (just go there😉). Ease of access into the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku or Shibuya and then a quiet place to retreat and re-energize, this place has it all. Thank you so much Jacob, we will be back again.

Pros: Jacob was excellent. Always a few minute text away for whatever type of recommendation you need. A great introduction to an unfamiliar city.

Great location, Jacob was very helpful and gave us many good suggestions.

Pros: I liked the fact that the bus stops are nearby and direct to Shinjuku as well as Shibuya. There were many great places to eat nearby but the bakeries were outstanding- best croissant ever from Steppin’!

Amazing stay in Shinjuku and Shibuya area for my family.

Pros: Great location in Both Shinjuku and Shibuya, Room was Clean, cozy and enough amenities for my family. Neighborhood is safe, quiet and lively local area with a good shopping district near by. Host is really superb! Fast reply and gave us lots of fantastic information about trip in Tokyo. He knows lots of things about Tokyo.
