Pros: Good location, not far from train station. Host was friendly and nice, the whole studio with the loft is sufficient for us with 2 adults and 2 kids. A few eateries and supermarket at the back of the street (Fudo st). We enjoyed it.

Cons: Toilet is a bit small but we survived! :)

Very good location, very nice appartment

Pros: The location was perfect, very close to everything. The instructions by the owner were very good, so we could find the appartment easily. The appartment had everything we needed. We were a family of four and slept very well.

Cons: Everything is as you can see on the pictures. For us it was very good.

An excellent and cosy room with great access and location.

Pros: excellent location and room, highly recommend the 24 hour family mart just down the road as well as the ramen place even closer.

Cons: a small room if you dont like to be cramped as well as a small bathroom, however if you arent spending much time in your room it really doesn’t matter.

Cons: Tight fit for 3 people with luggage I’d say if you’re packing light, 4-5 people is def doable

Ideal para conocer Shibuya

Pros: El futón y la almohada son muy cómodos!!! Ducha con agua caliente continua. El propietario no tuvo inconveniente en recoger nuestras entradas a ghibli studios. El apartamento está muy cerca de Hatsudai Station, a tan solo una parada de Shinjuku station. Varios restaurantes cerca y un pequeño sitio muy auténtico para comer ramen... super delicioso! El restaurante de encima del 7/11 abre a las 7h y tiene buen café!

Cons: Nada

Pros: La struttura è ottima, nulla da dire su pulizia e posizione: tutto molto curato e comodo per visitare la zona. L’unica pecca, a mio parere, è che lo spazio è più adatto a due persone. Noi eravamo in quattro, e viaggiando per la prima volta nel Paese avevamo molte valigie, con poca possibilità di sistemarle. Avrei trovato utile un piccolo armadio o spazio in più per il guardaroba. Conclusione: Consigliato se non avete troppe valigie e viaggiate leggeri. In quel caso, è davvero un’ottima scelta!

I would highly recommend this room for anyone who wants to stay in a chill, quiet area, with easy access to the city.

Pros: Slept 4 comfortably, never felt crowded. Very clean room and bathroom. Very cool decoration. Loft was more sizable than expected. Great location close to the station, and just 1 stop from Shinjuku. It’s so cool to have a quiet area of Tokyo to relax in, and to be able to hop on one train or bus and be in the very busy city in 10 minutes. Bus stop conveniently right outside, maybe 20 steps from the apartment, that takes you right to Shinjuku. Convenience store a 1 minute walk down the road. Tv worked well. A/C kept the room very cool even in the hot July. All beds were comfortable. Even though it’s just 1 room we could’ve put 6 people in here and still been fine. Host was very kind and responsive if we had any questions.

Location and value for the money was fantastic!

Pros: Location was convenient to subway station. Access to local shops was great for food.

Cons: The final night the upper neighbours were making noise throughout the late night time, until about 2am.
