Perfect! Comfortable, well priced, great location. Would stay again

Pros: Location was peaceful with a good amount of eating places located nearby. It works great with kids with loft layout. Beds were very comfortable. Had kitchen equipment. Rubbish details were clear

Cons: I liked everything, but on windy nights make sure you shut the outside shutters otherwise they make noise when moving. Easy fix tho!

Pros: Clean and spacy room, had a kitchen and great price

Cons: If planning to visit touristy places, may need to take a second train (different station) as this is not connected to the lines connecting to Shinjuku

Great place for a family for a week

Pros: The decoration was really beautiful, the apartment is only 1 min from the next bus stop

Cons: Bathroom was a bit small for European standards, ok for Japanese standard, No table to eat, but we didn't eat much there anyway

Spacious living spaces, close to a train station, friendly owner.

Pros: Significantly more spacious then most of the other places we were looking at. The beds were comfortable and the amenities like the washing machine and fridge made our tip that more convenient and comfortable. The owner also sent us a list of attractions and things to do in the area which was very helpful.

Cons: I’m sure the camera that was pointing at the front door was meant just as that, a door camera. However as two female travellers this made us quite uncomfortable, the camera was inside the apartment and looked like it had the ability to move, into the open spaces where one of the beds were. We covered it with a sock to put our mind at ease. Also the owner was messaging us early morning the day before we left asking us to sort the rubbish as someone was coming by to grab it. We had left for the day quite early and did not see the messages until we were out. I did not like it that someone came into the property while we were away, especially as we were staying another day and would accumulate more rubbish and our persona belongings were everywhere. Perhaps in the future it would be best to let the gust know at the start of the stay that someone would be accessing the property or waiting until the check out day.

Overall great location and good value for money

Pros: Very clean. Comfortable. Enjoyed the colourful Monet themed decorations. Good location. Mezzanine great for kids.

Cons: Bed was a bit hard.

Pros: La localisation étais super, belle salle de bain et magnifique décoration ! 2 frigo dans la cuisine c'était très agréable et les lits étais super confortable ! Je recommande à 300 pourcents.

Cons: La salle de bain étais petite, le canapé trop bas, mais ce ne sont que des petits détails

Pros: Pratique, proximité des transports et des lieux touristiques. Propre.

Cons: Un peu petit mais suffisant.

Apartamento muy bien ubicado en la zona de Shinjuku

Pros: No tenían una olla para poder cocinar. Le escribimos para ver si nos podía ayudar y al día siguiente había comprado una que nos dejó en el apartamento. Muy buena ubicación para moverse por la zona de Shinjuku y Shibuya

Cons: Tenía poco menaje

Pros: Die Wohnung war super geräumig und es gab alles, was man brauchte!! Super sauber und die Lage war auch perfekt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist top.

Pros: Tom emplacement, bel espace, et très bon rapport qualité prix, avec hôte aux petits soins.

Cons: La salle de bain est le gros point faible, petite, vétuste... et les serviettes devraient êtres changées au plus vite. On a fini par en acheter d'autres.
