Pros: Not too far from the centre of Shinjuku, near lots of food and the fun of Kabukicho is close too. Owner kept in good contact, fixed an issue I had with the kettle not working quickly.

Cons: Not much to complain about given the price.

Pros: Good amount of space in the property and has everything you need. Clean and tidy. Quiet which is nice given the good location.

Cons: Slow responses to messages via Booking.com and no check in guide sent until chasing for it which left us hanging around when wanting to drop our bags off before check in.

Exactly what we needed for our trip — simple, comfortable, and welcoming.

Pros: I stayed here with my wife and a friend, and for the price this was an amazing stay. The staff was very friendly, and the check-in process was convenient and easy. The location is perfect — close to everything we needed. The room was comfortable, exactly what we were looking for, and very affordable. I highly recommend this place and will likely be staying here again on our next trip.
