Pros: Great location, very spacious in a quiet area of Akasaka. Originally had some issues with the drainage in the apartment but the response from the management team was prompt and resolved the issue.

Cons: Floors are a bit thin so lots of noise can be heard from upstairs neighbours.

Pros: Great location - walking distance to many restaurants and shops. There were 4 of us, 2 couples, and the separated bedrooms were perfect. It's big, especially for Tokyo!

Great apartment close to essentials. Would recommend to others

Pros: The apartment is located a short walk to shops and Akasaka Station. It’s comfortable and nicely laid out for our family of four. The beds were the most comfortable out of the four places we stayed during our trip.

Cons: There was an intermittent banging coming from upstairs for our entire stay, during the day and night. We didn’t bother mentioning it since we were only staying 3 nights but it would be an issue for light sleepers.

Pros: Comfortable beds with some space for group activities and just hanging out. Fantastic amenities and embedded technologies ie. Heating room, large wet room, hot water temperature adjustment

Cons: Smart tv would make the lounge area much more accommodating and allow us to have used that space much more

Cons: TV channels only in Japanese. Control panels for all equipment are in Japanese only. To turn on and adjust the air conditioner or other equipment, you need google translate
