Pros: Good place for the money. We were a family of 3 and it was perfect. 10min walk from closest Metro. I would recommend.

Great stay, super friendly host

Pros: Really comfortable and quiet studio, a little hard to find at first but easy to access once (self) checked in. It’s between two stations so very accessible to all tourist areas on the various metro/JR lines. Host is very polite and accommodating too, constantly checking on us with anything we might need/offering support for directions etc. We didn’t really use the kitchenette but it was well equipped, the washing machine was also easy to use and a huge help at the start of our trip in Japan. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, thank you!!

Pros: This is a cozy apartment, It is close to subway stations, across the street from a FamilyMart, and is surrounded by quiet street. There are also 3 lines of subway like Ginza line directly to Shibuya. The apartment is very quiet and down a nice alley. In addition, the host was responsive to our questions （usually within minutes and never more than a half hour. It was convenient to have a washing machine with a dryer

Cons: not really

Pros: The location was amazing, near the busy place and quiet enough to relax well. The apartment stylish and spotlessly clean, but the best thing about the accommodation was our host who was responsive, helpful and lovely.

Cons: some small things but not a big deal.

Logement confortable et bien situé

Pros: Emplacement pratique à une faible distance des principaux quartiers touristiques dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Logement spacieux et confortable, bonne literie, lave linge sèche linge dans le logement. Excellente communication avec l'hôte très sympathique qui nous a même aidé à réserver un restaurant.

Cons: Manque quelques petits détails pour atteindre la perfection mais rien grave.

Pros: 位置不错，离车站和赤坂餐饮林立的区域不远，很方便。床虽然不大，但很软很舒适，街道也很安静，可以有不错的睡眠。有小厨房和冰箱，设施和清洁程度让人满意。民宿回复也很快，能及时解决提出的问题。

Cons: 插头数量很有限，两人以上每人有各种电子设备充电不太方便。也没有任何地方挂衣服。房间在一楼小路边，床贴着阳台移门，比较漏风，阳台一直拉着卷帘门，终日不见阳光，让人感觉房间内潮气重。

Cozy quiet location

Pros: The host had great communication before checking in (self check-in). This is a private apartment, not a hotel. The space was small, but workable. The location is in a quiet area. There's a Family Mart convenient store within walking distance that's open 24 hours. The apartment had a washer/dryer combo that was a plus.

Cons: The apartment was convenient, which was great. The only issue is the lack of closet hangings. The three hangers that were there, were broken. The second bed is described as a futon, but actually was a foldable mattress. Limited window views. The bed blocks the sliding door for the balcony access. No television, but it wasn't needed.

Pros: Pulita , ben attrezzata , l’host gentilissimo e pronto a rispondere subito .

Pros: 아카사카 출장으로 1박 예약했습니다 당일예약에 늦은시간이었음에도 호스트분이 바로 대응해주셔서 간단하게 채크인을 할수가 있었습니다 역에서 7분정도 거리에 숙소가 생각했던것보다 스타일리쉬해서 놀랐습니다 호스트분 대응도 궁금한것도 바로바로 대응해주셔서 불편한점없이 지냈습니다

A perfect 10/10...

Pros: An wonderful, affordable and an amazing experience overall. Starting from property search till we checked out, customer service was beyond what I expected. And the property really exceeded my expectations. Overall it was a 10/10.
