Excellent.. will definitely recommend and stay again if we visit the area.

Pros: Location was good, walking distance to the main streets of Shinkaju yet away from the hustle and bustle. Train station 5-6 mins away, many restaurants, 7/11 located in very close proximity. The apartment was located on the ground floor which was fantastic. It had all the amenities we needed. And quite spacious compared to other Tokyo accommodation. We had a very comfortable stay. Host provided some tea and water which was lovely. I would highly recommend.

Cons: Pillows could have been a bit more comfortable

Pros: Great location, bit tight for storage space , but was only for 5nights. Host was very welcoming and helpful.

Cons: 2 double beds took up space with no storage in bed area. Ground floor was a little noisy.

Value for money accommodation

Pros: Big enough for 4 of us. Comfy beds, clean environment and awesome host

Pros: From Japanese standards, a decent size and very clean apartment. It has got everything one needs for short to medium term stay. Communication with the host was very prompt, helpful snd informative. Very good location , walking distance from fabulous Shinjuku area and still very quiet and peaceful

A spacious apartment for Tokyo. Lots of nice touches by the host. Recommended.

Pros: Good location, far enough away from the hustle and busy areas of Shinjuku, but still within walking distance. Lots of restaurants within a short walk, and the train line is very convenient too. The apartment is large by Tokyo standards. All the amenities are included - we found the washing machine very useful. I would highly recommend.

Cons: A clothes dryer would have been nice to go with the washing machine. There is not much natural light as the windows are obscured glass, being on the ground floor.

Pros: The unit is nice and clean. Good location. The owner is very attentive and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place.

Pros: I like the location, very accessible to public transport and walking distance from Shinjuku. The property owner was very accommodating, attending to all our needs.

A lovely flat with probably one of the best hosts

Pros: It’s really clean and comfortable, with everything well thought out. It’s at a convenient location with the nearest train station, family mart and 7-11 all within 5 minutes walk away - and this is with an elderly and a little one tagging along! Plenty of storage spaces with all the amenities you need (and those that you didn’t think you need!) generously provided for. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your lovely flat and being so accommodating in just about anything. Would definitely stay again next time we are in Tokyo.

Great location, clean and modern, excellent value for money

Pros: host: very enthusiastic, responsive and friendly, ready to reply any questions we ask, highly recommend to those who are first to Japan. clean: flat is clean and looks even better than photos, there is no hair left on the floor at all, clean and cozy, that is japan-style. Location: 5 minutes away from okubo station, within walking distance there are shinjuku station, kabukicho, Korea town, drug stores, supermarkets, many many restaurants and convenience stores. facilities: bigger compared to Japanese hotel rooms, there are basic household items, just like described. The bath room is spacious and new, I like it.

Cons: maybe a matter of preference, yet pillow is flat for me.
