Close to the station

Pros: The location is great. Near the metro, 5 minutes from the shinjuku station by train. There is a good supermarket nearby. The surroundings are rather quiet. The flat is small but with all the facilities needed. Clean.

Cons: The main thing was the smell. I guess it was because of humidity but there should be done smth about it. Otherwise, it was good.

Pros: 離大久保站走路約5～10分鐘，走到新宿車站也只要15分鐘左右，附近很安靜，蛋沙拉三明治中間夾發咪七啃非常好吃，喜歡吃辣的同學可以買辣味發咪七啃

Cons: 一開始拿鑰匙的地方有點危險，只要知道位置隨便都能拿到，如果有壞人的話可以隨便得到鑰匙打一把，所以晚上睡覺一定要把門關好，最好拿椅子把門把抵住

Pros: Posizione ottima, zona tranquilla a due passi da Shinjuku. Ottima per chi vuole girare durante la giornata, ma la sera preferisce muoversi a piedi.

Cons: Non adatta forse a tre persone adulte. Lo spazio non è grandissimo e i due letti sono da una piazza e mezzo. Quindi a abbiamo dovuto unire i letti per creare uno spazio comodo per tutti e 3. Ovviamente non do la colpa alla struttura, per due coppie che possono dormire insieme nella piazza e mezzo è perfetta.

the beds were comfortable and the location was great.

Pros: the location was a little difficult to find at first, but it once we were in, we found it to a an excellent area of town.

Cons: more counter space or shelves to place our luggage, belongings and mostly our toiletries.

To summarize, the location is very convenient with many available stores nearby.

Pros: We love the location. Very close to Okubo Station and close to Yamato Transport. Several restaurants and convenience stores are also in walking distances. The host provide us with complete amenities and not to mention, the host is also very welcoming and helpful with our stay. Very grateful for him/her.

Cons: The size of the rooms and beds are rather narrow for 4 numbers of people. It is even narrower with our baggage placed together inside the room.

宿泊料を抑えたい方向け

Pros: 最寄駅から歩いて3分の好立地アパートメントでした！土日2泊しましたが、とてもお値段がリーズナブルで助かりました。トイレ、風呂も別々にあり、部屋に洗濯機、洗剤等の日用品も充実していて良かったです！。

Cons: 家族で泊まりましたが、正直、かなり狭いです。アパートメントではありますが、テーブル的なスペースはありません。ここで調理はできないと感じました。

Pràctic i gran localització,

Pros: En un barri japonès real, a 10 minuts a peu de Shinjuku,.petit (com tot a Tòquio) però suficient. Estacions de metro i JR a prop de diferents linies. Checkin i checkout molt ràpid i fàcil. La rentadora, un plus.

Cons: L'equipatge de 4 persones requereix una mica de planificació de l'espai 😅 però vaja, és el que esperava.

Pros: Un apartment sense luxes, però còmode i ben equipat (nevera, microones, wifi, AC, planxa...). Situat al costat de varies estacions i dins del districte de Shinjuku, però en una zona molt tranquila.
