Pros: Brilliant location just a 10 minute walk from Shinjuku. Good aircon - it was roasting hot in Tokyo the week we were there. Very accommodating, allowing an early check in.

Cons: Very tight fit with one adult and two teenagers. Nowhere to sit inside the apartment although there is a little balcony with a table and two chairs.

It was near to the station and convenience stores.

Pros: It was near to the station . It was close to the station. It has a laundry and they have soap for washing. Easy check in.

Cons: Nothing. Just as a suggestion, it would be great to have bathrobes and some basic amenities like coffee and tea.

Pros: The location was great, the house was lovely, and the neighborhood was quiet with friendly neighbors. The room was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. We also appreciated the separate bathroom and toilet, as well as the fantastic smart toilet. However, we found the space quite small, especially with two beds—it felt cramped. The hallway was narrow, making it difficult to pass each other. There was very little storage space for luggage and personal items. Additionally, there was no place to hang towels in the bathroom, and drying clothes was nearly impossible. Unfortunately, our t-shirts developed an odor after washing due to the lack of proper drying options.

Pros: Le logement était top, la literie est vraiment très bien, on y a très bien dormi (ce qui était important pour nous). L'emplacement est idéal, à 5mn à pied d'une ligne de la Yamanote Line et dans un quartier calme. Le logement était propre et très facile d'accès, sans escalier, ce qui était un + avec notre grosse valise. L'équipement était idéal, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Le lave-linge est facile à faire fonctionner. Rien à redire.

Cons: Rien de spécial.

Pros: 設備が充実していて料金以上のサービスだった。駅までは数分歩くが立地も悪くないので良かった。アメニティも揃っておりキッチンも使えるのでわ快適だった

Pros: 駅から近くてとても便利でした。テレビが無い環境も普段とは違って良かったです。静かにゆっくり休めて満足しています。

Pros: 場所もわかりやすく部屋もキレイでした バストイレも別で使いやすかったです 今回は使わなかったけれど、キッチン用品も揃っていて便利だと思いました

Cons: Wi-Fiが分かりづらく、つなぐのに苦労しました テレビがあったら尚良いなぁ

Pros: ２泊しました。ダブルベッドが2台あり、4人（子ども2人）で快適に過ごせました。ただしベッドが部屋の面積のほとんどを占めているので他にほとんどスペースがなく、ベッドの上での生活になります。 テレビは無かったですがほとんど外出していたのと、wifiが無料で使えるので特に困りませんでした。

Cons: 風呂トイレ別でしたがバスタブは単身者向きで小さいです。
