Pros: value for money. Near to metro station. if you are couple and looking room for a Hostel price, then this is it.

Cons: no direct interaction with staff, you need to reach them in booking.com messages. I think it's common in Japan.

Perfect budget accommodation, very close to main attractions. I would stay there again

Pros: The location was perfect and close to the main attractions, plenty of shops and restaurants around.

Cons: The sink in the hallway was out of use and under repair meaning we had to use the sink in the kitchen

Convenient, clean, comfortable

Pros: The location was insanely good. We were within walking distance of so many places of interest. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything was comfortable, clean and well thought of. I would stay there again

Cons: The sink on the bathroom didn’t work, so please fix it soon. Other than that, everything was perfect. (We used the sink in the kitchen)

It was a pleasant stay.

Pros: Great location, affordable, clean, & you could do the laundry. Great.

Cons: A bit confusing at first what to do, but when you read the email which I didn’t it’s plain simple really. They explain everything in the mail, but you have to read it before going there because without wifi you have to go find wifi if you don’t enter the building.

Comfortable option for a quick stay in Tokyo, close to the main hub of night-life.

Pros: Access was easy with good detail on the arrival email. It was clean and tidy with a cleaner who came everyday. For a group of friends it was nice and a good price if you don't want to stay in a hostel. Only 5 minutes walk to two different train/subway stations and it was one stop away from Shinjuku. Had lots of Korean BBQ places around and plenty of 7 Elevens and Family Marts.

Cons: It was up a set of stairs, so with a ski bag not super ideal however achievable.

Pros: Very convenient location in the heart of the Korean District, which is lively and full of places to eat. Very easy walk from Shin Okubo station. Rooms were comfy and clean.
