Perfect for what we needed.

Pros: Great location on ground floor so easy to get luggage in. Great value for money

Cons: The neighbor lights are a little too bright at night

Loved the location of the apartment! Was exactly what we needed for our stay in Tokyo.

Pros: The location of the apartment was in a great area! The apartment was super accommodating to our needs!

Comfortable stay in a quiet neighbourhood around Higashi-Shinjuku station

Pros: The guesthouse was located in a quiet neighbourhood hence it is important that one also maintain low volumes during your stay. It was a short 5 to 10 min walk away from Higashi-Shinjuku station (via metro), exit B3 via lift access. Hence it was convenient for us to move our luggage when we arrived/departed. Around the main street, there was convenience store, pharmacy/store selling household goods, Sukiya etc. It was also convenient to walk to Shinjuku within 20 to 30 min by foot. In the guesthouse, there is a small kitchen with a fridge, one stove, pans, kettle and other utensils. During our stay, we only used the kettle for boiling water and fridge for storing our food items. The host also kindly provided toiletries like body soap/shampoo/conditioner, bath towels, and hairdryer.

Pros: The facilities were really good. Having a watching machine and a laundromat around the corner for drying as well as a sheltered clothes line was insanely convenient. Great water pressure and heat in the shower. Good location and walking distance from Shinjuku.

Cons: No shower curtain so I had to angle the shower head to prevent wetting the bathroom. Single key among group

Pros: Ideal position to visit Shinjuku by walk and very close to the subway. The host gave very precise information. He was quick jn answering any question and giving suggestions in a good english. Suggested

Great value and spacious comfort

Pros: Comfortable, well-location and spacious; lovely cleaner who was friendly and service-oriented

Cons: Noise from neighbours late at night, smell of mold. I suggest servicing the aircon for mold and having a dehumidifier at disposal.

Pros: We liked everything. The kindness of the host, the guest house, the attention, the location, the common spaces, we felt at home during our stay in Kyoto and I can only recommend it

Overall I enjoyed the location as it is close to many top sight seeing locations in Shinjuku. Well enough to accommodate

Pros: I loved the location of the property as well as the opportunity to be able to host 5 people.

Cons: The property was great, however backyard portion is overgrown and would be better cleaned up. Good place for bugs to live.
