A good Ginza option

Pros: The position in Ginza is fantastic. It is extremely close to restaurants/bars/shopping/several train stations etc

Cons: The noise from the building site next door….combined with the noise from the trains means earplugs are mandatory!!! This is my second time here but the price was significantly higher and not worth it this time.

A well-appointed, centrally-located hotel, with more space than average. Would definitely recommend.

Pros: Breakfast in the hotel was convenient, tasty and prompt. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed. The location was handy to restaurants in the corridor and transport.

Cons: It would've been nice to just have a few teabags and milk available in the room, rather than having to go to reception.

comfy city stay

Pros: conveniently located in Ginza. room was slightly small but bathrooms were decently sized. we loved the cool overhead projector that connected seamlessly. pillows were excellent: 4 pillows for 2 people, with one firm and one fluffy pillow. water was instantly hot with good shower pressure.

Our 3rd stay here and so convenient for travelling from Haneda and getting in the Shinkansen with plenty to do so nearby

Pros: Love the location close to food and Ginza shopping. It also has a non-business hotel vibe which is nice.

Cons: Not the cheapest hotel around

Pros: Location, amenities, cleanliness, decor, love bathroom shower (i won't one at home) and staff.

Cons: Not much to dislike, the beds were slightly raised off the floor but I would call that a dislike.

Great location for stay in Tokyo

Pros: Big rooms for Tokyo standards. Great location. Modern and comfortable rooms.

Cons: Room was ready early but they asked us to pay for early check in. We decided to wait but felt if the room was ready they could’ve just let us check in.

Location, location, location!!!!

Pros: The hotel location was excellent. The room was v clean and the beds were comfy. I think this was great value for money and the rooms were a decent size for a Tokyo hotel.

Cons: The room soundproofing could be better. We often heard noise from neighbouring rooms. And at times the revelry outside the hotel did come through the window panes.
