Nice property to stay, in fact this is my third stay in the property

Pros: The property is nicely cleaned and had everything you need for an home away stay, host is very responsive to questions

Pros: The apartment a little bit small but they all are in Shinjuku. There is a tiny balcony that nice to sit sometime. It has everything you need. The bed is good. Location is good, easy to go around.

Pros: Clean and well equipped with all the little things to feel like home.

Cons: We arrived late at night tired and couldn’t have a hot shower as instructions were not clear how to operate it. Also we were lucky to meet some occupants who knew how to use the key to open the door. Instructions not clear enough in English

Good apartment and location

Pros: More space for the money versus a hotel. Close to the closest stations and city senter. Quick responding from the host on questions.

Cons: Could have been a manual on how to adjust varm water and use washing machine and such in English. But the host answered quickly, so it solved i self quickly.

Prime location, clean and tidy apartment!

Pros: Clean apartment with comfortable BEDS. Clean and tidy. Prime location walking distance to Godzilla the 3d cat and other attractions and many great restaurants. We highly recommend!

All-in-all i really enjoyed my stay and would book again. Having an apartment to return to felt like coming home; someth

Pros: It’s was incredible having a private place to return to rather than having to deal with all the nuances of a regular hotel. The space was by and far way larger than i would have been able to get in any regular hotel for that price also. It was incredibly comfortable especially the bed. I slept great!

Cons: The ‘couch’ was very low. Making it a little undesirable to sit in. The advertised photos didn’t match the unit in the end. The balcony was a lot smaller and it faced into the backside of other buildings making it not the most pleasant places to spend time. But it was nice to have a space to sit outside if i wanted.

Pros: L'appartement est idéalement situé, à 10 min à pied de la gare de Shinjuku. Il est bien équipé, et plutôt grand pour Tokyo. Le lit est très confortable. La terrasse est un plus. Le self check-in et check-out est très pratique. C'est un bon rapport qualité-prix. Je recommande !

Cons: Comme c'était notre premier logement au Japon, on a mis un peu de temps à comprendre comment fonctionne l'eau chaude. Ce serait bien de l'ajouter dans le guide de bienvenue.
