Fantastic spot!

Pros: The bar in the lobby was great. The outdoor seating by the cafe was also great. Very friendly staff; clean, comfortable, and practical rooms. Wonderful neighbourhood.

Cons: The record player in the room is a little bit silly and takes up half the surface area. I almost would prefer to have the surface area to put all my stuff. Not a big deal.

Fantatsic location in a suburb with a wonderful vibe.

Pros: We've stayed here a number of times already, it's our favourite place to stay when in Tokyo & staying in Shimokitazawa! Great coffee in the building is a bonus. Fantastic start to each day. I had reception make an appt for me which was so helpful as the business didn't speak English. We love it here!

Pros: Everything. The rooms were comfortable and warm. The cafe attached had great coffee and it was so close to all the action that Shimokatizawa had to offer. Also, the hotel is located on a walking/cycling path so there it no road noise. If you like dogs, the cafe is a hot spot for people walking their dogs and the locals were happy and thankful to have the puppies petted.

Friendly neighbourhood feel

Pros: Such a nice hotel with cute cafe and bar. In a great spot just out of the main centre of Shimokitazawa and had a great neighbourhood feel. All staff were very helpful. So much to see in walking distance around the hotel, but also so close to two train stations and walkable into Shibuya and Harajuku. It was really fun to borrow records too. Loved staying here. Heaps of cute shiba inus around too.

Another wonderful stay!

Pros: This was a repeated stay because i just like the location and the hotel so much! Friendly check-in, comfy rooms, great location in one of my fav areas!

Pros: The location, the vibe of the place, the coffee shop and the great and helpful staff

Pros: Very good location We enjoyed spending time in the spacious Lobby on the long table .

Cons: The room had a very high window, it was not possible to look out, so it felt a bit like a prison cell. Surprising decision by the architect in an otherwise very well designed building.

Pros: Location is very nice, close to the public transport but in a lovely not too hectic neighborhood where you can find all you need. Staff was helpful and nice, they offered to not charge us a night that we couldn't spend there due to our delayed flight from Europe. Breakfast bagels were lovely, only it could get crowded, depending on time.

Pros: Fantastic vibe, particularly on the hang out deck with kids jumping around and people enjoying coffee in the sun

Cons: The rooms are quite small (as usual in Japan)
