5-night stay

Pros: The location was very convenient. The host was kind and responsive via the messaging. It was a very comfortable place to stay, easy to find, and had everything I needed. I could even do laundry and iron my clothes very easily.

Cons: I think a small cloth for washing my face would have been nice since there were only large sized towels. I brought my own small towel which helped.

Pros: The neighbourhood was super quiet but close to lots of facilities and the metro as well. Nice to have a kitchen to cook.

Cons: No lift, so had to carry up suitcases (if I had to say one negative).

Pros: Staff came quickly to look at the washing machine when there was a fault

Cons: Door frames were quite low and I kept hitting my head—although I am 6’3” and this is Japan… Bathroom got soaked every time we took a shower as there was no curtain but this was consistent with other places I stayed

Would recommend

Pros: The location was amazing. Next to many stations. The room is spacious and the bed comfortable. Much larger than any hotel in Tokio.

Cons: The toilet seat was broken. The bathroom in general was really old.

Pros: Great Location but if you have a car, parking nearby is a bit pricey.

Pros: Excellent location, walking distance from the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku but in a quiet residential area so we could sleep good. The easiest check-in and check-out, and the size of the apartment was also great. It also has all the basic supplies that one could need. Definitely recommended and would stay again.

Pros: In a very central location but on a quiet road so not noisy. It's a typical apartment size for Japan, we fit 4 in fine, it's advertised as up to 6 but that might be a tight squeeze. Third floor but it's an apartment not a hotel so can't complain. We were putting the key back into the code box before we went out but at one point it jammed so I called them and they fixed it straight away. Honestly I was worried it wouldn't be good after reading some of the reviews but it exceeded my expectations and at a great price.

Cons: There was no body wash.

Handy accommodation in good position. Comfy, clean and well set up for visitors.

Pros: Comfy accommodation as described. Great water pressure and hot shower. Well set up for visitors. An easy walk to Shinjuka. Felt safe in the neighbourhood. Would book again. Met needs for our four family members. Quite a lot of stairs to go up with heavy bags but not too bad and we managed well.

Cons: Nothing that I can think of.

I’ll be back for sure next time in Tokyo. The location was a dream.
