A lot of fun - great price - so close to all the fun! Great stay, would recommend

Pros: Considering the age of the property and the size- the price was very affordable for what was offered.

Cons: A few soft spots on floor made it dangerous my wife twisted her ankle on the floor and it swole up bad.

Pros: L'emplacement est idéal, proche de shinjuku et des métros. Appartement propre avec tout les équipements et surtout une machine à laver. Un petit balcon pour pouvoir faire sécher le linge est un plus. Family mart à 5 minutes et proche de Don Quijote qui est à 10 minutes à pieds. Beaucoup de restaurants aux alentours. Superbe séjour !

Pros: 民宿位置很好找，离地铁站比较近，离新宿，歌舞伎街都不远，附近韩式料理比较多，超市药妆店都不少。屋子虽然小，但是功能齐全。主人很用心，打扫干净，适合一家三口出游选择，性价比高！自助式入住，退房，也省去了语言沟通的不便。对初次来日本自由行的游客非常友好。

Our Yumenoya Shinjuku Stay

Pros: Location was perfect. Several convenience stores (7 to be exact) in the area: 7/11, Lawson, Mini Mart, to name a few, all within walking distance. A lot of restaurants to choose from and they were everywhere. Train station was also within walking distance. Yumenoya staff was very helpful and was always available for questions.

Cons: I suggest that bath towels be ready for use and guests do not have to wash them before hand, as they are an immediate need.
