Modern and clean environment. Very aesthetically pleasing, especially the rooftop garden.

Pros: On ground floor there were multiple affordable vending machines, a gym, and study/meeting areas. The key fob has proximity features, which allow for seamless entrance into the building and keyless unlocking/locking of the apartment. The location is superb, as we were within walking distance of three Lawson's, a 7/11, Mcdonald's and popular restaurants like CoCo curry. We were also within 3 minutes to Higashi-Shinjuku station, which had connections to two major lines (Toei-Oedo and Fukutoshin). Shinjuku central is very doable via walking (10-15 minutes) with wide footpaths and an easy route. Most importantly, all facilities and furnishing is modern and clean which made it a very comfortable stay. The owner is also very attentive and helped answer any questions during my stay.

Cons: There was no TV, coffee or tea included. The sink and bath frequently clogged which was frustrating at times, as we had to manually unclog it. The towels were low quality, thin and lined with lots of lint. There was no rubbish bin in the bathroom, only in the kitchen area which we could not dispose of when full, due to owner's request. I wasn't able to access the home manual due to the Chinese app (YingXiang) not available in my country's app store. It would've have been more accessible if there was a Google Doc link which is more accessible to majority of the population. Lastly, this stay is best for 2 people, as I found it to be quite small for 4 people.
