좋아영

Pros: 사진처럼 예쁘진 않음 그냥 원룸? 스탈? 부엌 방안에 침대 화장실 일케 있음. 근데 조리기구부터해서 다리미?까지 다ㅜ있고 무엇보다 베란다 ㅎㅎ 가 있음. 위치가 괜찮아서 뚜벅이들은 여기 오면 도심지 쉽게 감 앞에 마트 편의점 있고 동네 안전함 가격이 너무 낮아서 약간 쫄았는데 꽤괜꽤괜.

Bien et pas cher

Pros: Le prix était bas pour le service donné, et nous étions satisfaits de ce que nous avons réservés. Nous nous attendions à cette qualité et c’était très bien.

Cons: Certains points comme la propreté étaient plus en dessous.

Great value option for those that just need a place to rest and sleep!

Pros: Located in a residential neighborhood of Okubo that helps convey a sense of living in Tokyo that you can't get staying at a hotel. Only a 10-15 minute walk to the station with lots of great food options close by as well as proximity to Shinjuku that makes traveling to almost anywhere in Tokyo convenient.

Cons: There was a lingering smoke smell the entire time during our stay that had to be mitigated with the air conditioner. Facilities and furniture could use an update as you could feel the springs on the bed and the toilet was quite outdated compared to ones in the stations.
