Belgium 🇧🇪

Good location, good communication but definitely not perfect.

Pros: Great location not to far from 2 stations that connect to the main Shinjuku station (1stop) Size was okay for 2 people. Staff communication was great as well, they answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Neighborhood very quiet and stores not to far away, appliances were good as well including the washer.

Cons: The beds were extremely uncomfortable for us, we stayed for 21 nights and barely slept, especially the smaller one we had to put both blankets under the matras cover because of the springs. Also we had the wash the sheets and pillow covers because they didn't smell clean or washed
