Close to Shinjuku!Twin beds

Pros: In the heart of Tokyo, the biggest, the most modern city in the world. Slightly more expensive than a capsule hotel but you can enjoy in your own space. you have everything inside. you can even to cook light meals. I recommend it.

Cons: The toilet can be very cold during winter.

Great value for money and a great area - perfect for solo travellers or those on a budget.

Pros: Had everything we needed for a week in Tokyo. Amazing area and it was perfect in terms of value for money and amenities provided.

Cons: Not the most spacious, but considering the value for money and the area, we weren’t expecting it to be anyway so we weren’t disappointed at all

Great stay. Super clean, super location, easy accessible. Great value for your money.

Pros: It was very close to Shinjuku and the JR stations so that helped a lot. I really liked the location. The street was adorable. The apartment has everything you need so there was no problems.

Cons: The only thing that was a little inconvinient was that it doesn’t have a washing machine for clothes. But we knew it wouldn’t have it, so it wasn’t really a big deal or anything.

A nice place to stay in Shinjuku

Pros: The apartment is cozy and spacious, there are all the main necessities you would need for your stay. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Neighbourhood is quiet, theres is elementary school across the street and convenience store in a short walk

Cons: The nearest train or metro station is in 15-17 minutes walk, so it can be tiring to walk to it in summer heat

Good stay

Pros: The stay was very relaxing, because the place is far from the city center, so you are in deep japan neighborhood. It was clean and had all the basic facilities and amenities.

Cons: I overestimated the distance from the station to the stay. We followed google maps instructions and always got off at Okubo station, so at the end of the day, you still need to prepare for a medium walk back to the stay. Had a bit disturbance on the upper floor guest/resident, because was thumping very loud, but was just a minor issue during one of the nights.

Pros: The place was very clean and nicely decorated. Beds were super comfortable and there was a kitchen.

Cons: Bathroom was quite cramped and it take around 15 min to the nearest metro stations. Other than that no complaints

A near perfect residence

Pros: The place is very clean and provides almost everything you would need in a home, with a water boiler, microwave, hairdryer, utensils and even a projector which is pretty cool. It's also located in a very quiet spot of the neighborhood so the noise pollution is almost non existent and there is a vending machine right outside the building. The best part are the beds which come with 3 pillows and a quite hefty blanket which is extremely comfortable in my opinion.

Cons: The toilet doesn't have a biddet, which is a basic standard in japan, and the blinds don't close completely.

Great stay, great place

Pros: Everything looks like the photos, the only thing is if you need to go somewhere else, you’ll need to walk 10-15 minutes to the nearest station. The neighborhood is very quiet, to be noted that not all the neighbors in the building are quiet, all the other apartments in the same building are for rent

Cons: If you leave the hole of the sink not close or covered with something, you’ll find insects the other day.

Cozy and Clean Stay

Pros: This room is really suitable for two people, but the host was very easy to talk to and quickly accommodated us even though I informed them late that we would be three. The room is small, but it was clean, and the amenities were easy to use.

Cons: The only downside is the location—it’s quite far from the restaurant area and the train station—but overall, it was still a good and comfortable stay.

Pros: La situation géographique, et le calme de cette petite rue, peu passante. La chambre/living-room est d'une taille convenable, et les lits étaient confortables. Belle réactivité de l'hôte, lorsque nous l'avons contacté. Informations compètes et manuel très détaillé pour les équipements et l'installation. Transports en commun assez proches, donc déplacements facilités.

Cons: La salle de bains est assez petite, mais c'était suffisant pour nous. Un torchon aurait été apprécié, et un peu plus de vaisselle peut-être (tasses, verres). Nous n'avons pas cuisiné, donc nous n'avons pas utilisé la gazinière.
