Pros: There’s washing machine for our long-stay trip in Tokyo (very very convenient!)

Cons: The apartment is a little bit small for people higher than 170 cm.

Pros: The host thoughtfully prepared everything travelers might need — the place has all the essentials. The environment is clean and tidy. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of good food along the walkway beneath the subway tracks.

Great place to stay

Pros: the location was great. having a washing machine inside was very nice and handy. there wasn't any noise even being close to the train. access to the unit was easy. AC is nice.

Cons: the sofa bed was made even though we are a couple. the lock on the toilet is on the wrong side of the door. you would be locked into the toilet not stopping people coming in.

Pros: Its near to JR station which is convenient since i have the JR pass, everything was of top standard, nothing too much trouble, the decor was lovely, clean and well maintained

Cons: A liltle bit cramped for 3 person but it was manageable

Pros: 二人で利用しましたが、部屋の広さも問題なく、冷蔵庫はもちろん洗濯機もあるので一週間いても快適に過ごす事ができそうです。

Cons: ほとんどありません。慣れてなかったので最初だけ鍵が出しにくかったくらいです。

Pros: 위치 굉장히 좋습니다. (아키하바라 걸어서 15분, 우에노 걸어서 30분... 등 주요 관광지까지 몇 역 안됩니다!) 시설 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 물건 생각보다 많았습니다. (세탁 건조기, 인덕션, 그릇, 냉장고, 다리미 등 유용하게 썼고, 특히 세탁 건조기가 있어서 옷 몇 벌 안 챙겨도 다음날에 다 말라 있어서 특히 좋았습니다) 가격 대비 위치 좋고 시설 깔끔한 숙소 찾기 힘든데, 여기 오면 최소 중간 이상은 가니 오십셩

Cons: 다만 저희는 이번에 3명이 가서 두 명은 침대를 쓰고 한 명은 쇼파 침대를 이용했는데, 쇼파 침대 허리 아파요. 이건 뭐 어쩔 수 없긴 한데 허리 조심하세요. 쇼파침대 침대로 만들면 많이 좁아요. 조금 과장해서 발 디딜 틈이 없어요. 또 왜 인진 모르겠는데 화장실 잠금 장치가 바깥에 있어요. << 이건 왜 그런지 ㄹㅇ 모르겠음 이거 하나 불만 인거 말고는 위치랑 가격이 굉장히 합리적이었음. + 그리고 덤으로 수건은 '직접' 세탁 건조기 돌려야 합니다. 세탁 건조기는 홈페이지에 영어로 설명 되어 있고, 그거 할 줄 모르시면 GTP에게 SHARP ES-S7H 이거 세탁 건조 하는 방법 물어보세요. (切／入 이거 동시에 누르고 コース이거 눌러서 洗〜乾 이걸로 만들고 スタート／一時停止 이거 눌러서 시작 하면 됨요)
