Nice stay in lively location. Basic but enough to get by. Would stay again

Pros: Excellent location - lively but quiet enough inside

Cons: Bed was a bit firm and small pillows but thats what you get in Japan! Overall clean and tidy. Basic but met every requirement

This was a great start to our holiday in Japan, perfect for our family of four adults.

Pros: Great location. Handy to have code operated door for four adults. It was clean.

Cons: The double bed mattress was very hard.

Pros: We liked the location, close to food, metro, and Shinjuku night life. Very clean. Good size room for Tokyo standards. Easy communication with host.

Convienent Location

Pros: The apartment was spacious, very clean and had everything we needed. There were two separate bedrooms, kitchen and separate bathroom and toilet. It was nice to have a dining table but there was no view to the outside from any of the rooms.

Cons: We got the ground floor apartment which was not what was shown in the photos. The bedroom configuration was better than shown in the photos but the front door opened directly onto the street with cars and people 30 cm away from the door.

Clean, convenient, and comfortable stay with a very helpful and accommodating host.

Pros: The place was very clean and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent — close to shops, restaurants, and the train station. The host was very accommodating and always helpful whenever we needed anything. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!

Pros: Photos are all accurate and detailed from the booking page. The apartment is kept clean and the location is surrounded by 24/7 marts like Family Mart, 7/11, etc….

Cons: The overall Stay A listing has pictures of a washer dryer and does list washer dryer, which makes it confusing for customers to understand that maybe only one out of the three units has the washing machine.

New apartment, great location, spacious for family!!

Pros: New apartment, great location, spacious for family!! Safe even though it’s at the border of red light district!! Airport limousine bus to Haneda/Narita is around the corner at Tokyu Kabukicho Tower…literally next door, super convenient. There’s also a luggage storage service at the tower…in case you need to check out early and your flight is in the evening!!!

Cons: We lived on the second floor, weekend night street life may be a little loud…but with ear plugged, everything’s fine.
