#9 3mins to station 1stop to Shinjuku Stylish apartment with plenty of sunlight

Pros: This is in a really good location and to have a separate living area with a sofa, dining table and a view in Shinjuku city is a blessing. Thanks for the new microwave ( I knew it didnt have one from previous comments) but we never had a chance to use it. Wifi is really good and USB adopters were provided for charging. I would highly recommend this place.

Cons: Bathroom could have been improved by adding a sink as you have space. But when take in to account location, price, cleanliness and facilities provided its a very minor discomfort.

All in all very pleased with our stay.would come back

Pros: Large apartment with separate bedroom and a fairly large living room. Apartment is on the top floor and quiet. Big plus for the balcony.

Cons: Far from nearest subway. Also be aware of the area which is the red light and party district of Tokyo. Didn’t disturbed us but is worth mentioning.

Good stay. Good location.

Pros: In a walking distance to subway station and Shinjuku. Room is clean.

Cons: No microwave but not a big deal. There is a convenient store near by. You can hear all the noise from the road but OK for me.

Good value for money. Comfortable beds and bedding. Would stay again

Pros: Good location. Close enough to the train station when travelling with luggage. We got around it’s a few site in Tokyo from here and it was easy. There is a cafe close by that open early enough for breakfast.

Felt like home at the end of long days out and about

Pros: Excellent location, value for money, large for Tokyo. It was just 2 of us so had plenty of room, could have fresh air. Having cooking and laundry features was appreciated extras.

Location is great and the view from the top is nice to see the city specially at night.

Pros: The locations is great right outside the bustling area of tokyo and yet still feels homey.

Cons: The property is size is small but i guess its everywhere in Japan. Just not enough space to sit and relax on the lounge area if you're a family of 4 booked. But we love the locations that's why property is still good.

If you want to live like a local and be close enough to enjoy the best that Shinjuku has to offer then I cannot recommen

Pros: The location was amazing. It was within walking distance to everything (ie; transportation, town centre, convenience stores, pharmacy, bars, etc). It was perfect for our needs as well. Because we were travelling with kids and packed light having a washing machine within the property and dryers downstairs was extremely handy! Our host was wonderful as well! When we had an issue with the internet (tech is not my strong suit) our host came over within half an hour and helped us out in person! She also gave us a list of recommended things and places to do and see during our visit!

Cons: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. That said if you are a traveller that wants 5 star luxury, room service and to be staying in a hotel environment then this is not for you. This lovely little home will have you and your family feeling like a local.

Pros: Very enjoyable stay. Perfectly located apartment (bus/subway). The apartment is spacious. A laundry room with a dryer is available on the ground floor. Very easy to find, the host is very responsive and helped us out when we forgot a medication. We recommend it

Pros: Está muy limpio, todo muy ordenado, son muy atentos y dispuestos a llegar antes del check in marcado, comparado con el precio considero que es una oportunidad increíble de hospedaje!

Quartier central, appartement lumineux, équipement OK mais minimaliste. Vue un peu décevante

Pros: -appartement lumineux (étage haut) -climatisation chambre + séjour -Chambre séparée du séjour -Lits confortables (mais serrés les uns à cotés des autres, pas de place pour circuler autour) -machine à laver pratique et aucune odeur si bien utilisée comme c'est conseillé -taille appartement pour trois personnes OK - nombre de serviettes mises à disposition

Cons: - 3 chaises bancales, 3 verres, - pas de lavabo dans salle de bain seulement dans cuisine et très bas, pas pratique pour se raser - savon et shampoing à disposition de mauvaise qualité - balcon 1 difficile à utiliser, balcon 2 impossible - vue bien moins sympa en plein jour - quartier proche pas très sympa, déconseillé aux enfants - immeuble plein de fuites ( enorme fuite sur le palier) et bruyant (des gens de l'étage ont déménagé des meubles pendant une nuit) - micro onde mais pas de plaque - pas vu l'hôte, check-in via chat - ascenseur vraiment sale moquette au mur repoussante
