Compact but had almost everything you needed for a short stay in Japan

Pros: Very easy to find, very responsive host. Mega comfortable double bed and toiletries provided. Was compact but made a good base to explore the area from. We didn’t need it, but washing machine was available.

Cons: It was quite noisy from a traffic point of view and would benefit from at least a hook or rail to hang your coat or some clothes on.

Pros: Friendly and vey helpful host. The place is clean and in very lively area, close to the city center and major transport lines. Washing machine, kitchen and iron are big plus.

Cons: Frequent fire department sirens during night from passings trucks make ear plugs a necessity. The iron lacked water container for steam. Also no hanger for wet cloth for the balcony.

Cons: The entrance was a bit difficult to find the first time

Value for money

Pros: Location is good. Room size is very reasonable (at least we have space to place two luggage and open them at the same time). Good to have hairdryer, washing machine, fridge etc. Owner is a very nice and considerate person. We were offered late check out to match with our flight schedule. All in all, I cannot complain a thing. Will book again when travelling to Tokyo. Highly recommended!

Pros: The location was amazing! Very comfortable for two people. Easy check in and out.

Cons: The only issue was the shower took some time to drain, but was not the end of the world.

Pros: The place was small but very space efficient. My friend and I didn't feel like we needed more space. We were grateful for the AC and the windows for natural light. The bed and sofa were very comfortable.

Pros: Ótima localização, cama confortável, quarto maior que a maioria dos quartos em tokyo, chuveiro muito bom, e a proprietária muito atenciosa, com certeza voltaria a me hospedar nesse quarto.

Pros: L’emplacement est top et superbe rapport qualité prix. Les explications pour trouver l’endroit sont claires.

Cons: Il est probablement plus petit que 30 mètres carrés. On était à 4 (en utilisant le canapé lit), mais avec les valises, même fermées, c’est compliqué de circuler et de s’organiser.
