Perfect apartment in Shinjuku

Pros: Really great apartment in Shinjuku, super close to a metro station. The place is extremely clean and comfortable, it has a bathtub, a washing machine, and kitchen facilities. Really good size for Tokyo standards, and top location. The communication with the host was also quite easy. We have absolutely nothing negative to say, it’s perfect place to start your Japan trip.

Highly recommend!

Pros: Excellent location! So close to Higashi-Shinjuku stop which is connected by 2 lines allowing us to get around Tokyo. It's also so close to restaurants and shops on road 433 and all the food vendors on Ikemen Street. There's the usual 7 Eleven and Lawsons and also a Tully's. Not to mention the proximity to Shinjuku and Shibuya, The check-in instructions were clear and I didn't have any issues getting into the apartment. It also has an elevator which is a blessing when you're with luggage! The apartment was clean and had everything that we needed for our weeks stay. It was comfortable and a great place to rest our aching feet after lots of walking each day! The host was quick to answer my questions before check-in although I didn't need much during the stay. Great value for such a good location and it's also uncommon find such a good deal with twin beds!

Cons: Nothing to report. Just be aware that it's a small apartment like most places in Tokyo! For us it was not a problem! The building currently has scaffolding around it so light through the window was limited but this didn't bother us too much. Some hotels in Tokyo don't even have windows!

Pros: The position of it is amazing, very close to Higashi-shinjuku station. The host is responsive to your requests.

Pros: The place is in great location to take bises and subway lines.

Cons: I did text the manager because there was a little window with no curtains and you could see the other building but I git no answer. The last day the bulb in the room did not work. There are no much space to storage food.

Pros: Perfect location very near to a metro station, no problem interpreting the instructions for getting the keys, finally some western style beds (we are just not used yet to futon beds). The apartment was clean and functional, the bedroom was actually cozy with nice lighting!

Cons: Everything was good regarding the apartment itself.

Amazing location and well-maintained property.

Pros: Property was in a great location, and is maintained and cleaned very well. I felt completely comfortable at this apartment. Came with all the essentials, and more (hair curler, straightener, laundry detergent, face cleanser, etc). The host was very responsive to any questions I had

Cons: Property is in a busy location, so there were often sounds outside - but it is to be expected. Even so, it didn’t affect my stay and I was able to rest after a busy day exploring the city
