Good for 1 to 2 people. Good value for money.

Pros: Close to Akabane station. The room has everything you need for a short stay.

Cons: It's good for 1 or 2 people. We were two adults and a kid and the apartement/room felt quite small. There is not a lot of space, no real intimacy. You can hear the neighbours pretty well too.

We had a great time during our stay. Thank you!

Pros: Our family has stayed at this place several times, and it always feels great to be back. It truly feels like home. The room is always clean and well-prepared. The area is quiet and pleasant, with several temples nearby. It’s easy to find food at any time. We also appreciate the hospitality and quick responses of the owner/staff. We’d love to stay here again when we’re back in Tokyo.

Excellent apartment

Pros: Clean, it has everything you need, very close to Akabane Station and Ikebukuro. Convenience stores are 5 min walk and the neighborhood is very quiet and clean.

Cons: A bit small for 3 person but it was alright.

Pros: Konumu çok beğendim. Sessiz ve sakindi. Temiz bir odaydı. İçerideki rehber kitapçık ile çoğu şeyi öğrenebilirsiniz. Daireye ulaşmak oldukça kolay. İçiniz rahat olsun. Soru sorduğunuzds daire sahibi elinden gelen yardımı gösterdi. Türkiyeden geldim ve fazlasıyla memnun kaldım.

Cons: Ekstra olumsuz bir durum söyleyemem.

Pros: 駅からも近くてとても便利でした お風呂とトイレが別なのも良かったです 洗濯機もあり洗剤も用意してくれたので助かりました

安靜且溫馨的住宅

Pros: 赤羽站西口出來後需步行10分鐘左右才能抵達（此處住宅區有一段上行坡段），由於我們是網路預定好機場接機，所以沒有到日本出關後找路拉行李的困擾。 赤羽站一帶有當地人也愛的居酒屋一番街，所以餐廳林立，便利商店及超市商家也多，再晚回來都有的吃。 個人與家人體力還算不錯，所以每天出去一天遊玩回來後這個上行坡段對我們而言反而是核心肌群鍛鍊的好時機，但如果是推著行李箱又帶長輩小孩又要提重物的話可能就會比較辛苦，預訂時這個因素要稍作考量一下。 除了這個坡道問題之外，基本上這個房東管理者是很溫暖的人。 社區的白天及晚上都非常安靜，所以我們的睡眠品質都很好。 日常生活備品都準備很充足，小廚房裡的爐灶（含烤箱）、電子鍋、冰箱、微波爐、煮水器、吹風機等家用電器都很實用，偶爾附近超市採買回來自己簡單料理也很不錯，畢竟日本飲食口味偏重，自己簡單料理比較健康也像在家一樣。 洗衣機就在房間陽台外面所以使用上很方便，衣架有10個也是非常夠用的，洗完衣服後就直接晾在陽台或者是冷氣風口下的窗簾杆子，即便晾在室內有太陽時也可以曬到太陽。 房間的浴室及廁所是分開的也都很乾淨。 外面公區域有提供吸塵器掃把及垃圾袋可以自行使用。日本垃圾分類跟台灣稍有不同，都有標示如果不懂日文仔細看看籃子裡的物品跟著放就好了，門口也有一個社區內掀蓋的大垃圾桶，如果要丟垃圾打開放入即可。 一本詳細的生活公約房東都有提供放在桌上，入住時務必參閱如果有任何問題都可以詢問房東。

Cons: 瓦斯爐烤箱較舊，但使用功能是沒有問題的。

Pros: The place was clean and cozy. The location was safe, quiet and nearby stores, train station and commercial center very accessible, The place was complete for a short stay like appliances, shampoo, soap, toilet paper cleaning materials etc.

Cons: More pillows, blankets and towels would have been nice. The stairways up to the 3rd floor somewhat cramped so carrying big suitcases was somewhat difficult. Although rules and instructions were clear in the folder. It would have been better if there was someone to call for questions. No one was answering ourvcalls.

Súper cómodo y conveniente.

Pros: Las camas súper cómodas, así que todas las noches dormí muy bien. Y la ubicación es excelente.

Cons: El bidet del toilet no servía.
