Pros: The rooms were clean and the hosts were very friendly，It's just that the bed is a little small, If I had the chance, I would choose this one again

Pros: A small apartment just next to the train station. Clean and very good for the price.

Cons: A bit ascetic, but for the price one cannot complain. The beds were still nice.

Recommended on a budget

Pros: If you are on a budget and visiting japan I definitely recommend this place. It's 5 min from metrostation and there is also a small mall nearby. The room is simple but has everything you need.

Cons: The bed was little too hard. But still good for the price.

Pros: The hosts were very helpful and responsive. I accidentally left my electric toothbrush behind in the apartment, they kindly left it in a safe location for me to come and collect the following day. The apartment itself was incredibly spacious and had everything we needed. Toiletries and clothes washing powder provided. Bed was comfortable. All very clean. The shower is perhaps a little too small for tall British people like ourselves 😅 but that’s probably not an issue for everyone! Overall, very clean and comfortable and ideal.

Cons: Very small shower space. Not a big issue.

Pros: Overall pretty good, the building has a small stairway so it might be a problem for people with big baggage but the stuff offer you the help if it’s necessary. Clean and comfy!

Pros: The apartment is ok, just the heater could be better. The lady was nice, and let me check in earlier. You need to throw your garbage. It's close to the train station.

Great accommodation option

Pros: Great location in quiet street, short walk from station and range of shops. Generous space, air conditioning and washing machine in room. Great communication. Easy to use JR Pass to access main Tokyo stations. Excellent value for money.

Cons: No lift, so request ground floor if travelling with heavy luggage. No TV, only important if you are expecting the room to have one.

Pros: 1.交通特别方便，往哪个方向一直走都能走到赤羽站，而赤羽站不管到东京、涩谷、池袋、上野等等很多地方都可以直达！ 2.在交通方便的基础上，这个价格和居住体验也是相对实惠和舒服的。床很舒适，拖鞋吹风机晾衣架电磁炉冰箱微波炉洗衣机卫生间浴缸配置非常齐全，卫生间和阳台略小，但是整体住起来很舒服！ 3.垃圾分类特别方便！不像很多地方需要自己进行很繁琐的预分类！ 4.房东是中国人，各种叮嘱和路线图都很完备，特别热心友善，不仅可以提前寄存行李和因为大订单附赠了接机，而且还请求之后帮忙代收了花火大会的门票从池袋帮忙送了过来！真的人特别好。

Cons: 卫生间和阳台略小，但是完全够用了！
