Pros: Quiet, clean, comfy, convenient, staff were impeccable

Cons: - It's not really a capsule hotel, more like a fancy hostel - If you're a light sleeper then you might get woken up by people coming and going all the time - Limited luggage space in the shared area (lockers would be nice)

Good place to stay if you are traveling on business with little luggage, not suitable for traveling with a lot of luggag

Pros: My first time staying at a capsule hotel and it was great.

Cons: The hotel did not call or book a taxi for the guests. It was inconvenient when I had 2 suitcases.

Beyond expectations

Pros: Everything is good. Great location and facilities. The hotel provided full amenities. Just bring yourself and money then can stay comfortably at the hotel. The capsule spacious enough for 1 person.

Cons: Need to get out of the room every day by 10 am.

Great price, ideal location, comfortable nights sleep

Pros: The location is excellent, only a 2 minute walk from the train station, with excellent links to Haneda airport. The beds, although narrow, were extremely comfortable. And the opportunity to soak in a bath before a long flight was very welcome! The local area is also full of interesting izakayas, and is a perfect place to stay before travelling.

Excellent

Pros: The staff is amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Very kind and considerate. Best service I have ever received in my life. I liked being the only foreigner at the hotel because I was in Japan to learn their culture and their language. The location was not a tourist location which I liked because it was quiet and not crowded. I also like to mingle with locals when I travel. I loved how they had loungewear you coukd wear and throw in a hamper when done. I loved that they had cosmetics products like styling gel and shaving cream in the bathrooms and shavers that were constantly replenished.

Cons: The breakfast was bland and was the same everyday. The location as a tourist was not always great because the train station next to the location is very large and when you took the subway returning to the location there were 7 floors to climb before ground level. It was sometimes hard to find routes back to the location. The hallway between the capsule room and the bathroom are was too narrow and therefore crowded with traffic. The hallway is also where luggage is located. It made it difficult sometimes to access luggage.

Excellent Capsule hotel experience!

Pros: Quietness of the women's area and rooms. Felt like a silent retreat. People were mindful of each other which was lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location to get to central Tokyo easily and other places to meet up with friends. Also had area to store luggage using locks. Be prepared to use Japanese, but that's a good benefit for me.

Cons: Nothing.
