Great choice for an affordable price

Pros: Excellent location, super clean and confy, lovely pods.

Cons: Poor English of staff. Some people snoring in the night

Good for one night trip, easy access to Shinagawa station.

Pros: Very near to Shinagawa Station, easy access to Haneda airport. Locker can store one 24-inch luggage size and also a backpack.

Cons: No luggage storage after check out. Too few seats in the common area. Most of USB-A charger outlet does not work.

First capsule, didn’t know what to expect, in summary a youth hostel.

Pros: Clean, practical, good quality/price ratio, spacious for a capsule. Good breakfast, quick smart check in. Clean shower.

Cons: Only separated by a curtain, so noise isolation is absent, especially with a heavy snoring neighbor. Common room is quite small

Pros: Very close to, almost within, Shinagawa station. Everything is automatic through QR code. Very neat and clean.

Cons: Lockers are fine for medium size luggage, but larger ones like mine (10-day trip) may not fit. The locker area may get a little crowdy at hours when most of people leave.

Pros: Very clean pod/shower/toilet! comfy pod, excellent value! Good towels and comfy PJ! excellent location

Cons: Was there just 5min before 3pm self check in, system won’t let me on as staff try to help, he did not look happy with an attitude, force smile is the worst! My first time! I’ll know better next time, other foreigners have no etiquette by way of being loud even after 1am! not hostel faults , should be rules to remind customers of basic etiquette

Really enjoyed my time in tokyo at the hotel

Pros: They change the bed every day was impressive and the staff are really friendly and professionnel. The Shower was the highlight of the trip.

Liked it a lot, will come back for short stays.

Pros: More spacious than I thought, comfortable, clean, quiet, convenient and they offer pajamas, towel, soap, shampoo, toothbrush during the stay, with skated but individual showers and toilets. And well located.

Cons: The entrance was hard to find, especially by night. The check in process was surprisingly complicated and finding how to get assistance from staff was not obvious.
