Court Residence Tokyo Nakano

Pros: It was very spacious and clean. Location was good! The building was easy to find and a short walk from the train station.

Cons: Nothing serious but we missed an English of manual of the washing machine to get the dryer to work properly…

Pros: This is the second time we have stayed here with our kids and would again. Super close walk to Nakano station, great neighborhood for dinner with no lines after a long day. Terrific supermarket a couple of minutes up the street. Room is really large lots of storage, comfortable beds, quiet. We couldn’t ask for more at a great price.

Cons: The keypads into the building and room can be a little annoying…. That’s all! Really nothing to complain about.

Clean and convenient. Woujd stay again

Pros: Loved the location! Less than 10 mins to train station and only a short ride into Shinjuku. Room was large and had plenty of storage for suitcases. Kitchen and laundry facilities were great too. Had everything you needed. Plenty of places to eat and convenience stores nearby. Would stay again.

Cons: Some spare pillows would’ve been good and some hooks or shelves in the bathroom/laundry space to hang towels and put your toiletry bag would have been a nice convenience. Very minor issues indeed.

Pros: The location is pretty cool and this makes a lot in my love for the accomodation. I also appreciate the communication with the management, always prompt in replying and with a good English.

Cons: I would simplify the check-in process. This time also the cleaning was not excellent like last year (some dust/some signs on the wall due to previous guests) - yes, I am a returning customer - but btw small things not affecting the experience.

Pros: Comfortable suite with pretty much everything I need for the long stay. Wish there is a small sofa.

Cons: Too pricy. The fee keeps rising. This was my 3rd stay. Wish there is a point card or some kind of a discount for frequent users.

Pros: We loved our stay at the Court Residence. Very comfortable bed, good sized room and handy having the washer-drier. The location was excellent - a short walk to lots of great bars, restaurants, shops and the train station. Highly recommend this as a place to stay.

Pros: The apartment was very nice, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The space was optimized really well, making it both practical and cozy. The entrance area was spacious and super convenient perfect for placing luggage without getting in the way. The walk-in closet was also very useful for organizing everything neatly. A big plus was the balcony, which added a great sense of openness and light. Overall, the stay was really pleasant, made even better by the elevator very helpful, especially with suitcases!

Cons: The only suggestion: it would be helpful to have a clear sign visible from the main street, not just inside the building, to make it easier to find the entrance.

Great space and value for money

Pros: Compared to most hotels/accomodation in Tokyo there is lots of space for the price. The location was great. Short walk to a number of places to eat, and Nakano station was ~10 minutes away. Room facilities were good (washing machine,drying rack, cupboard space etc.). Area was low noise and we only heard the neighbors a few times the whole stay.

Cons: As others have mentioned, there are no chairs other than the ones from the kitchen table and they arent overly comfortable. The self check in was ok but i could see some people getting a bit frustrated. It took a while to register our whole group after a long day travelling, but its a minor complaint.

The perfect place to stay in Tokyo.

Pros: The information beforehand was very good. Everything workshop smoothly. It was clean and enough space, to put away our belongings. Can highly recommend this apartment. It easy to commute with the train close by.
