Almost perfect!

Pros: The property is newly renovated, very clean, and beautifully decorated with a modern, simple style. The two-floor layout is great, with the bedrooms upstairs and the living room and kitchen downstairs. It's spacious and comfortable for our family of 4. Both bedrooms have two cozy double beds, and the AC worked perfectly. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with everything we needed, and having two water closets, one on each floor, was very convenient. The smart washer/dryer made laundry easy, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout our stay. The location is excellent, just a short 7-minute walk to Nakano Station on the JR Chuo Line, only a couple of stops from Shinjuku. Nakano Broadway, great eateries, and a Life grocery store are also nearby, which made it super convenient. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Cons: The property is located on a main road, and due to the thin windows, it was quite noisy at times. I was woken up a few times in the early morning and late at night. While the host thoughtfully provided earplugs, I personally don't like earplugs. Upgrading to double-pane windows would greatly help reduce the noise. Otherwise, this stay would have been a perfect 10/10.
