Pros: Appartment is nice. Good airco, with windows closed not so much noise from the streets unless sirens pass
Cons: Could be even better with a drying rack so you can dry clothes outside. Maybe a little desk so you can do some work.

alright, comfortable stay
Pros: a big flat with kitchen, bedroom and a big shower room and toilet that comes with washing machine. there’s a stove and all the things you need for cooking (except ingredients), a fridge and a microwave.
Cons: check in is late, at 4 pm. they wont let you in earlier which is annoying.

Traveller Friendly and Conveniently Located
Pros: Quiet, safe and comfortable. Nothing super fancy but the property is well maintained, clean and close to public transport (both train and bus) but also frequented enough to grab a taxi if that's more your speed. Great for if you want the convenience of being able to cook meals and launder your clothes from your hotel. Right next to a convenience store and a new french fusion ramen restaurant if you're feeling lazy. The contactless check in and out process is seamless and they respond in a timely matter to questions. We will definitely be coming back. Thankyou.
Cons: The beds are quite firm, if you are fussy about that you can use the extra blankets to plush it up a bit.

Great place, but a bit dirty and with a late check in after 16 o'clock
Pros: Great price to quality ratio. The apartment itself has a great location near Ginza and Tsukiju. Nothing special but okay for the money. It really depends what kind of room you will be allocated in, because the entire building is a rental property and for the first stay we was at a better room.
Cons: It wasn't very clean. The terrace was so dirty, I guess it has never been cleaned. And make in mind the check in is after 16:00 and no one will give you permission to enter earlier than 16:00

Great location if you prefer quite nights
Pros: It's in quiter part of Tsukiji but only a few minute walks to Tsukiji Fish Market and main train lines that can get you anywhere. There's also a bus stop in front of the building. Room is big and content, sound proof and quite. Self check-in is easy.
Cons: Lift is bit small if you have big luggage. The carpet is a bit old but is kept clean.

Pros: 10 mins walking distance from metro and close to convenience store. The location is also good for 築地市場 fish market lover. Use password for self-check is really easy without time pressure. Room is fully equipped and bigger consider this price.
Cons: Mattress is too soft probably not fit for everyone.

Nice place to stay without braking the bank
Pros: The accommodation is on a good location, not too far away from the famous fish market and also the Ginza district (cca 20 minutes by foot). Check-in is really convenient and quick (you get a code for the room door) and rooms have a kitchen and a nice balcony. The rooms are also nicely equipped with advertised amenities.
Cons: The rooms could be a bit cleaner (mostly vacuum cleaned better) but nothing that takes away much from the comfort and pleasure of the stay. Also, if you're not familiar with it Japanese standard double beds are usually smaller (width 140 cm) compared to the Western standards (160 cm) so having two people sleep in the same bed can be uncomfortable for some.
