Pros: We loved our stay at Urban Stage. The location is perfect, right in all the action with great restaurants and drinking spots around. The apartment was clean, had a great aircon and everything we needed for our 5 nights in Tokyo. Will stay again next time.

Lived up to my expectations. A good choice if your priority is location/space/cleanliness.

Pros: Very convenient location, decent amount of space for a Tokyo apartment. Room was clean and the facilities were a bit old, but worked great other than the air conditioner. Location/space/cleanliness are the priority for me and the room met my expectations.

Cons: Noise from outside was extremely audible even in the late/early hours. The air conditioner seemed quite old and sometimes would not respond to the remote. I was aware of the noise issue from previous reviews. As I did not plan on spending too much time in the room, I was mostly willing to put up with it.

Pros: La ubicación estaba bien, pero puede ser molesto el ruido para algunas personas. Precio/calidad adecuado. Bastante limpio, la experiencia depto cumplia.

Cons: La calefacción no era suficiente para el frio, por suerte había un acolchado extra, daba olas de aire frio por momentos, falta mantenimiento. La cama blandita estaba bien, pero dormias con la cabeza hacia abajo. Tenia algunos detalles esteticos y de uso.

Excelente ubicacion a un buen precio

Pros: Está muy bien ubicado y es espacioso. El anfitrion es muy amable y servicial y responde rapido cualquier duda o necesidad. Tiene ascensor.

Cons: Estuvo todo muy bien. Solo la ducha era un poco dificil de regular, pero no fue un problema mayor.

Hotellino carino

Pros: Scendete e avete la metro a 5 minuti a piedi, un sacco di mini market e ristoranti.

Cons: Stanza un po' piccola per due ma abbastanza da viverci 5 giorni

Pros: 這一區很安靜，街道很乾淨，是當地居民較多的住宅區，是我喜歡的風格，能夠遠離觀光客，更深度的看見當地日本生活文化．大樓外觀很乾淨很新，我很喜歡自助入住，這讓能我更有彈性決定的check in 的時間．房間內非常明亮也非常乾淨，感覺幾乎是全新的．設備應有盡有．我很喜歡有雙層大冰箱，有簡單的廚房，可惜我這次只入住一晚，不然我想可以去當地超市採買一些食材後，在這裡簡單的下廚，一定很棒．櫃子裡面有餐具和鍋具．我特別喜歡的地方還有廁所和淋浴間是分開兩個空間，這讓我們可以同時進行任務．關於廁所的免治馬通功能，我到現在還是感到很驚奇．旅行的那一天，東京大概是3-4度，那個晚上天氣很冷又微雨．我們晚上結束行程後回家後各自梳洗整理自己．當我坐上這個溫暖的馬桶時，內心一股暖流和幸福感，剎那間覺得，今天徒步將近2萬步的疲累一切都被消除了．這裡真的讓我滿意至極，因為天氣不好而被取消晚間航班，沒有列車和交通工具可以進到市區，我們只能被困在機場過夜．深夜在機場臨時找住宿，很慶幸看到這個地方，快速下訂後，整個流程也很快的回覆．隔天很幸運的入住之後，這個乾淨溫暖的房間消除了我們一整晚在機場的疲累，作為旅人的我，身心靈在視覺上和整齊度以及整體的舒適都感到溫暖．當我們要離開的時候，那天早上東京依然在下雨，來清潔的房務人員他看我們要離開，送我們一把傘，當下覺得很貼心也很感動，這確實讓我們免去淋雨．我已經在想像下一次來日本再次入住這裡的畫面了．P.S 這裡提供的沐浴乳和洗髮護髮香味很清新，我用完之後覺得自己的頭髮很像是去沙龍護髮般的柔軟和充滿高級的香味．
