Good short term stay

Pros: Great location. Individual fridge and kettle in the shared kitchen was appreciated (shared between just two rooms)

Cons: We were not expecting another room joined to the kitchen area, so had a surprise when people were inside the first door we opened (we thought we’d walked in on their room). Due to limited space within the room, this is better suited to just 1-2 people (we had three adults staying). Also can be quite loud from the vents, I think when other people close them in their rooms?

Pros: We love the comfortable place and location is very easy to acces

Pros: Simple, fairly priced room close to a train station. Not the best location but can't be beaten for the price. Would come again.

Cons: It can be hard to find if you're not familiar with the entrance. It's in an alley.

Pros: Really easy to check in. Nice and clean room with fresh bed sheets and towels available. Had a pleasure staying at this property. 5-10 min walk to station, which can take you straight to Haneda airport. Highly recommend

Perfect dor 2 people who plan to explore Tokyo all day and need comfortable and not expensive accommodation

Pros: It is perfect for 2 people who plan to be exploring Tokyo all day. We appreciated few things the most: 1. Location. It has direct train line from Haneda airport where we landed. It is located few minutes away from the train station so moving around was easy. 2. We had space for our luggage, to hang our clothes despite limited space (as expected in Tokyo). 3. It had even toothpaste, toothbrush, comb in case you forget. 4. Lots of places to eat around.

Cons: nothing.

Pros: It’s in a quiet area, 3 minutes walking distance from the train station. The room had everything you needed and was clean. I had a comfortable stay.

Cons: Coin washers and dryers in the laundry room are not very effective, so you may need to run them more than once. But this is not a big problem.

very very good for the price

Pros: Location for us was good as its in a very quiet part of tokyo, with ample stores and restaurants very close by. also very very good train access. and overall facilities were good.

Cons: the bathroom was a little small and we did struggle with space as we bought many things

Nice place next to the station

Pros: Very nice private room and bathroom close to the station! The self checkin and checkout worked really well with the lockbox. Also there is a well equipped kitchen (which I did not end up using).

Cons: The train station is only serviced by one local line, so it takes a bit longer to get to the center. This worked really well for me, as I would just go to the center once a day and then stay there for the rest of the day.

Pros: Nice, clean and comfy place, close to a metro station. Th host thought about everything in the room.
