A homely surprise in a convenient location

Pros: We chose the hotel for proximity to the train out the airport for the next day, so we were not expecting much. We were so very pleasantly surprised by the facilities on offer (including washing machine!) and the comfort of the beds. The apartments are very well presented and we had a great stay. We could also walk a very short distance to an excellent yakitori restaurant and we were close to food markets and a Family Mart for everything we needed. Also, a very short walk to the train station. We enjoyed a more local view of Tokyo for the night and would recommend as good value for money.

Pros: Lovely place to stay, The owners are really reactive which is really appreciated ! The beds are really cozy. The neighborhood is super cute, with nice restaurants and shops, the Keisei station is close by, so it’s really easy to go anywhere ! Thanks a lot !

Spacious and close to the train station, but beware of the narrow stairs with no lift.

Pros: The room was big and was well worth the money for 4 people. Was close to the train station.

Cons: There was no mention that the room is on the second floor and that you need to go up a narrow set of stairs to get there as there is no lift. I had sprained my ankle and it was quite difficult for me to go up the stairs. Also, due to the narrow stairs, we had to leave our luggage downstairs and constantly go up and down when we needed something from the bags. Finally, the bed linen (doona and pillows) gave an icky and dirty feeling because they were not white. And the towels were quite rough and unpleasant to use.

Very happy with our stay

Pros: Very clean and homely, it was great to come back to and relax after a day of sightseeing. It's also amazing value for money. You get so much more space and amenities compared to a small hotel room that would have cost the same price. The local area is very quiet and peaceful and still has good connections if you want to go to Disneyland.

Pros: Quiet residential neighborhood. Very walkable. Very close to train station. You get the quietness and peace with no sacrifice on convenience.
