Pros: Everything is very clean! There are skin care stuff in the room and hair dryer is good quality!

Beautiful and enjoyable.

Pros: Beautiful and well located. Surrounded by delicious restaurants recommended by Tev’s channel.

Cons: The isolation of the room. But I think it’s a Japanese thing because we had the same thing everywhere in Japan.

Lovely place to stay just be aware it's far from the centre

Pros: Clean facilities and relaxing environment with a complimentary mug to apologise for construction work going which I appreciate. I had no issues at all but when I did report something about my door staff were on hand and helped immediately which I appreciate greatly.

Cons: The only thing that I would say is a negative is the distance from central Tokyo. It's very exhausting after a long day to try and get back to the accommodation equally it means waking up early to get your day started but I understand that can't be helped. As a first timer it is not the best but it would be good once you want to get away from the hassle and bussle of the city.

Awesome accommodation!

Pros: Awesome place! We booked a whole house, with 3 bedrooms. It was super clean and new, with a great layout. Quiet area, only a 6 minute walk from a grocery store. Loved the free bikes!

Cons: The combo washer/dryer didn't dry well, but the shared laundry room in the office building had additional washers and dryers free of charge!

Feel like you are living at a japanese home, and its comfortable.

Pros: I like the facility and everything provided, it is definitely suitable for a long stay where people could work oversea and enjoy japan at the same time. We really enjoyed the free bike rental, where we truly live like locals, and we are able to explore the town better.

Cons: What i didnt expect is we got a tatami room, because no information on type of room was provided, we assumed that it was a normal bedroom, not saying the tatami room was bad, just that we did not know the correct steps to lay a futon.

Pretty good.

Pros: Very clean and modern. The shower was powerful, air con was effective. Laundry is available and free to use, which is great.

Cons: Walls are paper thin. You have to get lucky with who's staying in your block, because you'll hear EVERYTHING. Asked to rate the staff. What staff? Lol. It's all contactless, and no names sign off the messages either. It all felt very corporate and 'cold' because I got pestered by a nameless robot about the check-in instructions, and never spoke to anyone the whole 5 days we stayed.

Pros: the check-in and check out was really easy, instructions were sent before you prior - the whole process was seamless. room was really clean as well!

Cons: the nosie proofing wasn’t great - i could hear almost everything from outside, unsure if they could near my room too. location was indeed a little further from the station but i enjoyed the 12mins walk! plus there’s a free of charge bicycle for us

perfect to unwind after a busy day

Pros: you feel at home and can unwind from the busy center of Tokyo. You can walk to Koiwa which is next along the River. You also have a view om the sky tree.

Cons: a small seat next to the office in B5 would be an improvement.

staying at this place was a good experience.

Pros: I liked it because it was clean, organized and cozy.

Cons: No parking.

Pros: The room was super clean and staff were quite helpful. Room was a bit small but it had enough space for a couple. Location is little bit out of city but easy access and in calm neighborhood. Available free bicycle was really nice for a quick shopping. Would want to stay there again.
