Comfortable and Clean

Pros: Location is great. Self check-in and check-out was easy. There is elevator. The place was super clean and comfortable. I'd highly recommend

Pros: Love the double bed set up with tatami on the higher space. The bathroom water pressure was great. And also the staff is very responsive and helpful throughout. The hangars on the wall was useful to hand our jackets. Also its located on a peaceful neighbourhood so you will have a quiet nights sleep

Pros: Very clean, lots of charging area for devices, comfortable bed and large TV. A/C worked very well. Would stay here again.

Cons: Would love to have a microwave. Unable to heat supermarket meals so we are them cold .. Which was still delicious.

Still like the stay in this hotel very much

Pros: The location is good as it is situated in a relatively quiet residential area but still in Shinjuku. Very clean building even it is small.

Cons: No staff presented and hence u cannot really ask any question or get help (getting a cab, asking for directions). The self check out is a bit complicated as u need to input booking number instead of room number. Feel slightly insecure as anyone can get in to the main entrance while there is no extra lock to your room door but only a password lock.

Compact, comfortable, clean, modern.

Pros: Modern Japan style, quiet place, air-conditioning, shower cabin.

Cons: If you have a lot of laguge it can be small. But we, family of four was OK. Elevator is small and we have to go 2 and 2.

Pros: Super comfy and feels spacious because of the design and furbishing, everything is modern and nice. Typical Japanese neighbourhood just a short walk from busy Shinjuku.
