Overall a good place to stay

Pros: Location is fabulous as it is at the asakusa shopping area and very close to Senso-ji temple. Just 5 mins from the ginza line station and there is a direct line to henada airport. Very spacious for just the 4 of us. But the room allocated can sleep 6 very comfortably. It has separate bathroom , powder room and toilet. They only have a few units and accessible only by stairs.

Cons: Check in is automated through a device, so need patience. It was not a good experience when we had traveled more than 10 hours and have to deal with that. AIRCOND and lighting were not working well. Lights flickered so we had to switched it off making the living area very dim. AIRCOND control are all in Japanese and there is no guidebook to refer to on how to set it. Room became very stuffy and we needed to open the windows. The unit allocated had a kitchen. it is clean but there is a more more resident mouse. We had a pear in plastic bag which we left on the counter overnight. Then next morning it was pulled out from the bag and visibly clear nibble marks and were on the fruit and table. This was reported and pictured showed to the staff before we checked out.

Great property but check the prices regularly.

Pros: The location was amazing and it was easy to get to from the station with our luggage. The room was spacious and our teenagers loved it. The staff were great.

Cons: I didn’t like that our room was available (to put our luggage in) but we were unable to check in early. The sauna was on a timer which wasn’t explained to us so we had to wait ages for it to heat back up to use it.

Great location with some fantastic amenities that can help you get close enough to the action but you can retreat and re

Pros: A great location right in central Asakusa with everything you could need on your doorstep. The room was extremely spacious, comfortable and the sauna was incredible.

Cons: The lighting was a little bit lax. For example the toilet did not actually have a light so it’s fine if you’re solo but if you want to use the toilet there’s no individual light if you close the curtain. Also, our mattress didn’t fit perfectly in the bed frame and was propped up quite a lot on one side meaning I slept at a bit of an angle.

Nice accommodation for a day or two in Asakusa with Sauna!

Pros: Location is really good, staff friendly and the 4F Suite pretty comfortable. It’s a bit industrial style and not the latest interior but overall pretty decent. The 4F suite is really big for Japanese rooms, so a family of four can easily stay there. In-room dry sauna is really good and the bath is spacious as well. There are to balconies to cool off. But be aware that the balconies face other buildings. Bed, couch and other options to lay down are clean and comfortable but show signs of usage and age.

Cons: The Airconditioning is a bit dirty and the remote says to clean the filter. But there is no bad smell.

Location was perfect.

Pros: I wish we had been able to stay here longer! The location was perfect, very close to the train station and major sightseeing locations. Also close to many convenience stores and restaurants. The apartment was spacious, lots of room for 2 adults and 2 young children to spread out. We loved the sauna too. Staff had great English and allowed us to store luggage upon checkout.

Cons: Turning off the ambient lights was a bit tricky to navigate. But after pressing a few buttons we figured it out.

Pros: Location of Saunaland was amazing! 3min walking from Asakusa St and 3min walking to Senso-ji Temple. To have a sauna in your own bathroom, was mega cool (well it was hot, too, hahaha). Also the room was very spacious and great for a family trip.

Cons: Nothing, just fyi there is no elevator, but we managed to carry up our suitcases to the 2nd floor (3rd floor in Japan).

Very nice but the price is a also huge.

Pros: The location is absolutely fantastic. In the heart of Asakusa and close to the Senso-ji temple. Many restaurants in the neighbourhood. The public transport is also just around the corner. The room was huge for Tokyo standards. The sauna in our room and the cold warer bath were just great!

Cons: The emergency exit light is so bright that it keeps you awake at night. We had to cover it with a pyjama (hahaha). The price is quite steep.
