The friendliest hotel in Tokyo!

Pros: Very kind and helpful staff, and the location was excellent! Right near a station and there are loads of restaurants and convenience stores in the area. The beds were comfortable and the room was super clean.

Exceptional - highly recommend especially for families with older teens.

Pros: The property was in a great spot in Kanda, the rooms were the biggest we have come across in Japan. Modern and well equipped. Staff were exceptional. I can’t wait to stay here again.

Cons: People comment about the fact there is no lift. We travel light as you should when travelling Japan - so this was not an issue at all for us.

Pros: Spacious, new, well-equipped, located right at the entrance to Kanda metro station which is a huge advantage, excellent customer service, tea coffee on-site along with snacks. Highly recommend!

Cons: Slight noise from the street, however it was manageable. Ear plugs were provided. Thank you!

Would totally recommend this place to stay! It was excellent!!!!

Pros: We loved our stay here!! The room was spacious for 3 people and luggage! Very clean. Aircon was great!! Right next to the train station. Free drinks and snacks in the reception area as well as a coffee machine. Staff were very helpful.

Fantastic stay in Tokyo

Pros: Perfect place to stay when visiting Tokyo. Super clean room and bathroom, friendly staff, water, snacks and coffee at disposal. The hotel is in a very convenient location, just out of Kanda station. We will return whenever we come back to this amazing town!
