Great facilities, friendly staff and easy transport access

Pros: Beautiful location, right near the Sumida River and close to train stations. Very lovely staff and yummy food for a good price. Great bathroom facilities and nice to have hairdryers available for use. Trains were audible from our room on the second floor (top floor closest to tracks) however wasn’t loud enough to disturb our sleep (especially after big days) but they did provide us with ear plugs in case anyone is worried about the noise.

Cons: Only thing I can think of is that it would be nice to have hooks or towel rails in the rooms to hang up your towel, otherwise exceeded expectations.

It was a great stay overall.

Pros: The location is perfect and the staff interaction made the stay even better. I love the way the property was maintained. Even though the facilities are shared there were no issues with the hygiene.

Cons: There should have been a little of bit flexibility when it comes to check in time. I was at the property at 2:30 pm and had to wait until 3:00 pm for check in.

Pros: The best staff ! Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming from the very beginning, always attentive and happy to help. I’m an introverted person, and they made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my entire stay, which meant a lot to me. One night, they were celebrating “Setsubun” and took the time to explain the tradition and show us how to take part in the ritual to attract good luck. It was such a special experience, and I even tried my first sake that night! I truly felt at home here and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would come back a thousand times!!!!!

Pros: Excellent, it was an unforgettable experience. The relationship with the staff and other international guests was the best. The facilities were super clean and the location is very good.

Cons: Some guests tend to be very careless or noisy, but I know that this is not the staff's responsibility.

Pros: If you want to see Tokyo at a slower pace this is where, close to the sky tree and less crowded neighborhoods. Brilliant atmosphere and facilities. The staff were very warm and welcoming. The Monday afternoon seafood bowls are incredible too. Would highly recommend.

Great vibes, amazing view

Pros: Great location with a stunning view of Tokyo Skytree! The facilities were very clean and well-equipped (kitchen & laundry included). Huge thanks to the lovely staff member I ran into on both days who was so nice to me and really made my day! :))

Cons: Everything was perfect for me. I just wish I could have stayed much longer;(
