An affordable place to stay with a great host

Pros: The team was helpful and really atentive to me during my stay.

Cons: sometimes we got new ppl late at night. I didnt know if we got a new person until after 23 hours

Pros: Great wee hostel in a quiet area of Tokyo that is still well connected to busy areas like Shinjuku and Shibuya. The man that runs the property was very attentive and helpful. Reasonably priced compared to other places as well. If you are looking for a party hostel with lots of people to socialise with, this is not for you. But for what it is, it’s fantastic!

Pros: Located in a nicely renovated old house, this is a very comfortable guesthouse! The rooms were very comfortable, the kitchen was clean and had everything we needed to cook simple meals or enjoy a cup of tea, and the owner was friendly and helpful (and multilingual). The neighborhood is on the quieter side for Tokyo, but located near a metro station with quick access to Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Shimokitazawa, and there were some pleasant restaurants and convenience stores in walking distance. Would stay here again!

wonderful

Pros: i loved the homely feeling. i got to know the owner a bit. i was able to get work done in the lobby. Bed was confortable and theres a small locker that i could store my things over the days. very clean and pristine. its in a nice neighborhood, close to a river and gardens, a shrine and a beautiful temple with a big park. would definately stay there again.

Pros: The staff is really kind and easy to talk with, and the beds are really comfy.

Cons: The check in hours are only 3-4pm or after 9pm. The bathrooms don’t have much space to maneuver.
