Pros: Great stay at Nui. Hostel, I recommend for the great atmosphere at the heart of Tokyo

Pros: Staff was helpful and accommodating, facilities were excellent, it's the first time I've seen a JP hostel having a bathtub in the common toilets. Room was spacious. Location was very near a key station. Most importantly, the dryer actually got the clothes dry after one spin cycle - do you know how many hostels have useless dryers?

Cons: If there must be complaints: pillow can be uncomfortable and more hangers please.

Easy, Friendly Stay with Great Atmosphere

Pros: As always, lovely staff and really nice cosy vibe. Great location near the temple and metro station, too! Would definitely stay again.

Pros: A very cool hostel with a nice atmosphere and I like that it’s in a more chill area away from the main neighbourhoods, but still very accessible due to the bus and metro stations, plus it’s in walking distance of Asakusa. Staff are very kind and helpful, loved the cafe with good quality food and drink for breakfast everyday. Common room is a nice place to chill and the rooms and bathrooms are clean and well maintained. As it is winter the rooms were nicely heated up.

will definitely come back here if i am back to Tokyo again

Pros: Everything about this hostel was perfect! The location is great, the room is spacious, and the bed is both comfortable and clean. The bathroom is always well maintained, and the shower facilities are excellent, strong water pressure, and the shampoo and body wash smell amazing. The overall vibe of the hostel and the surrounding area is fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and easygoing, and lots of them are looking very fashionable. Special mention to the tall guy with golden hair who helped me extend my stay , he was super cool and even tried (and struggled 😄) to pronounce my name haha, which made me smile. The common area has a very relaxed, chill atmosphere, with free coffee and tea available for everyone. I truly loved my stay here and would absolutely come back.

Outstanding Value

Pros: Staff, privacy in dorms (curtains on bed, free lockers, etc) and bathrooms (multiple toilet and shower cubicles) was outstanding, great food/drink facilities downstairs and laundry room for guests too.

Pros: basically like going to a lovely coffee shop & being allowed to sleep there. great vibes, lovely staff, deeply aesthetically pleasing and clean. plenty of people come here just for the fabulous brunch - get breakfast included! great for tokyo newcomers, met plenty of people even though i’m about as socially adept as a pea in its own personal pod.

Cons: honestly, not much at all. the check-in is quite late, but that’s the same everywhere, and you can have a great cup of coffee while you wait. it is quite far from the busier areas (shibuya/harujuku) but that’s also kind of a blessing.

Pros: Very clean and nice. Well organized and with a convenient bar on the ground floor. I will stay here again when I return to Tokyo

Cons: If an improvement could be made, it would be bigger lockers as the current ones are tiny. Not a dealbreaker but a potencial improvement an already great place.

Pros: The ladies powder room was very cute! Friendly accomodating staff Nice kitchen/chill area upstairs Very clean and well looked after Super central and close to krumae station on the asakasua line

Cons: Cafe downstairs wasn’t the most affordable in terms of hostels Not a super social crowd Otherwise couldn’t fault it!
