Modern, spacy rooms in one of the best areas of Tokyo

Pros: The room was huge for the Japanese standards, simple modern decoration, and extremely comfy bed. The staff was very nice and communicative using good English (something that is not very common in Japan). Location in Akihabara was really good, less than 5 min. walk to the JR Akihabara station, about 10 min walk to Asakusabashi station. Tons of *excellent* restaurants around.

Cons: The shared bathroom, but it was part of the deal.

Great location in Akihabara

Pros: Super close to JR Akihabara station and Hibiya subway line. Spotlessly clean Facilities are adequate Did not use the kitchen though

Cons: The window could be a transparent one i think since i would love to look outside

A cheap and cozy place to stay in the heart of Akiba

Pros: Located near Chuo-dori and quite close to Akihabara station, it's a pretty nice place to stay. The staff is very helpful and can speak english if needed. The smoking area on the rooftop is perfect to take a breather.

Cons: There isn't much to store your luggage near your capsule, better not have too much or too big a suitcase.

Comfortable, spacious, friendly, and only a few minutes from the heart of Akihabara

Pros: Due to my flight arriving well before the usual check-in time for hotels and hostels, I booked two nights at &AND Hostel Akihabara (the night before and after arrival, so I could check in first thing in the morning when I arrived), and the price I paid was only a little more than just one night in many places. On value alone it was worth it, but I was also greeted by friendly staff, and the room I booked (standard double room with shared shower room) was comfortable and spacious. Great location too - I deliberately went for a hostel in Akihabara so I could explore after checking in, and at a five minute walk from the station it's very easy to get anywhere.

Pros: A lovely hostel in the Akihabara area. Cozy living room at the entrance area, access to kitchen as well. Amazingly friendly staff, spacious bathrooms, comfortable beds and reasonable prices. Definitely a good option even for longer stays.

Good hostel in a convenient area

Pros: The hostel is in a very convenient location. The staff were all very friendly, and the facilities seemed clean. It was my first time staying in such a large dormitory, so I was a bit apprehensive before arriving - but I actually found the room atmosphere very respectful and felt comfortable throughout my stay. I would be happy to return to this hostel if I came back to Tokyo

Cons: I did find the pillow a little uncomfortable, and it took me a few days to get used to it. I also found the bathroom and common area slightly smaller than I expected for the size of the dormitory room. This wasn’t a problem during my stay, as they never felt crowded - but I can’t help wondering whether they might feel a bit too small or stressful during the high tourist season when the hostel is at capacity. Still, my overall experience was good

Great location with all you need around akihabara

Pros: Perfect location to visit around Tokyo! Clean facilities and private room was bigger than expected!

Cons: Nothing really to complain about! It’s good vale for money.

Pros: Located close to akihabara station offering great access to the city.

Cons: At the dorm cell I used, there are some dust accumulated at the corner of the room. the curtains is partially frayed and can just about block out the lights from the corridor.

Convenient Akihabara stay

Pros: Cozy hostel in the middle of Akihabara. It’s a few minutes away from the station which makes very convenient. The rooms are spacious, bathrooms are shared (but very clean and well kept). The staff is also super nice and helpful.

Cons: The beds are not very comfortable, especially the pillow. Rooms are heated with air conditioners and in our room the heating was a bit inconsistent.

Pros: Well situated - good access to Akihabara station, which can get you pretty much anywhere pretty quickly.
