Very good

Pros: The owners both were very nice and helpful. We chatted with Tom and learned about Japanese history each evening after travelling, and he gave us great recommendations on what to see in Tokyo, as well as how to travel easily from Tokyo to Hiroshima while seeing Hakone and a great view of Mount Fuji on the way there.

Great stay and location for us.

Pros: It was close to a train station which you could get a train into central Tokyo with just 1 change. The owners were lovely and spoke great English and loved to talk and know what you’d been up to.

Amazing couple, definitely recommend and come back

Pros: The couple who run this guesthouse were amazing. They were so sweet and accommodating. The train station is a couple of minutes away and easy to get to Tokyo station. Great price for the accommodation

Very good and local area, very clean guesthouse

Pros: The room is good, it is maybe missing a small table on the side but it is okay for the price

Cons: The couple are amazing very helpful and very nice. Toilets and showers are spotless.

A nice budget place to stay in expensive Tokyo

Pros: The old couple who were the property owner were very friendly and helpful. We liked the kitchen very much and it was very well equipped.

Cons: The common area is quite small

Pros: Mr Tom was very helpful and both he and his wife were super friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. While the rooms are small by American standards they are clean and serviceable

Cons: It's not that convenient as the nearest train is the nippori toneri line necessitating at least 2 trains or a long walk to another line with every trip but thee NT connects directly to the Yamanote line which has most of Tokyo's attractions so its OK. We didn't mind the transfer.
