Excellent stay:)

Pros: It has everything we need. The bath on top floor was bonus!

Cons: It was a little tricky to open our suitcases in our twin bedroom but we totally expected while staying in hotels in Japan

Great location and breakfast. The lifts can get very crowded and rooms can feel quite stuffy

Pros: Breakfast was very good and the location to the train station was great

Cons: It was really stuffy in the rooms and there was no fan option in the central ventilation system. We managed it by opening the window. We would appreciate cooling options to make our stay more comfortable.

Pros: Outdoor onsen available. Can place luggage before and after stay for few hours, need to scan QR code but not sure if hotel got free WiFi at lobby, so I started a new roaming day via my ISP.

Cons: Too dry in room due to warm aircon, It will be good if there is humidifier inside room.

Pros: Central and quiet, close to train station, nice small but comfortable rooms with a view, good exterior and interior onsen.

Very Convenient .

Pros: Very near to Otsuka station on Yamanote line and Sakura Tram is Bonus. Onsen and Hot bath is very good after long day walk. Coin Laundry is convenient. Many good food in surrounding neighbourhood.

Cons: Room is a-bit small . Very tight to put 2 big luggage in room.

Pros: Perfect location - short distance to the metro. Spotlessly clean room. Very thoughtful staff as well.

Cons: It’s a small space, but well optimised for what you’re paying. It felt a bit claustrophobic at times, but once you’re out enjoying the city, you’re back tired and just happy to have a nice warm room and bed :)

Pros: -Even though room is small it’s still comfortable as you can put your suitcases under the bed -view was nice from 16th floor -Location excellent (next to station) easy to access any side of Tokyo -staff was amazing very helpful especially with our packages delivery
