Hotel Il Fiore Kasai Annex

Clean and nice hotel , 3 stars.

Pros: The hotel is clean . Close to convenience store and the staff are nice and friendly.

I recommend this hotel! Clean, confortable and kind recepcionists.

Pros: Our stay were very good. The location was convenient to go to Tokyo Disneyland. The room was clean and confortable. They were offering a complimentary drinks at the recepcion hall (coffees, cocoa drinks, sodas and some alcoholic beverages). The recepcionists were very kind and helpfull, providing transportation information. At some point, I needed to contact the previous hotel I had stay the day before to check on a missing cell phone, and one of the recepctionist that talk english kindly helped me by calling and talking with the other hotel, since I not speak japonese. I recommend this hotel!

An enjoyable week.

Pros: Simplicity room is just what we needed for the week. Close to the train station.

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like.

Great value. Safe and Clean.

Pros: Reasonable price for the area. It was clean and had happy hour and laundry facilities.

Cons: Since the price is so good. You have all ages and so younger solo travelers making noise after midnight next to us. It wasn’t horrible. But it was not nice to have that noise. Just be aware the bathroom is a plastic insert like that of a trailer. It’s sufficient. You get what you pay for. We would stay here again.

ディズニーで利用

Pros: 安く、備品も過不足ないところ。 ディズニー帰りで利用したが、アクセスも良く、居心地も良かった。変な臭い等も無くてよかったです。

Cons: 若干部屋が狭い(キャリーバッグを広げにくい)くらいで、寝泊まりする分にはほぼ問題ありません。

相対的に満足です

Pros: 清潔感があって、スタッフも感じがよく良かったですが、若干、浴室のカーテンなのか雑巾のような雑菌臭がしました。 ドリンクバーはあるのが良かったですが、ディズニー帰りで遅かった為、夜の利用時間がもう少し長ければいいなと思いました。

Cons: 浴室の匂い

Pros: 新しい建物で綺麗だった ウェルカムドリンクがロビーにあってビックリしました。 チェックインの時間が遅くて利用出来ませんでしたがとても良いと思います
